Belarus Post Office. That says it all. The biggest disadvantage of all post offices (including this one) is the provision of non-core services (accepting payments, selling various goods, photocopying, etc.). As a result, sending /picking up mail is a lot of wasted time.

Great location. Modern renovation. Comfortable chairs for waiting. The electronic queue does its job: grandmothers and aunts from the 80s do not endlessly ask for something, give it away, take it away, etc. Everyone is quietly waiting for their turn. Only the kids are playing in the center of the hall. The young team of girls works quickly and harmoniously. I can't even believe that such a thing is possible on the Belarusian post.
