The waiting time for receiving the parcel took 42 minutes, and I didn't even go to my room (the person apparently got tired of waiting and left)! The staff doesn't rush anywhere, they work slowly - people sit in queues for an hour for what actually takes exactly 2 minutes!

Renovation, yes...everything is beautiful; but, a registered letter is expensive.they made a mistake with the address in the database, tried to change it, the problem was not solved. The courier called and said that you should pick him up from the branch yourself....draw conclusions about whether this service is worth your money and nerves...I'm sorry, I'm disappointed.

I could not pick up the parcel from the very beginning, they refused to issue the parcel due to the lack of a passport (it was taken for registration to the hostel), they did not accept either a photo, a photocopy, or a student ID, they said to come when I received it. OK, I came ... the receipt says that the shelf life is up to 11.10.23, so they didn't want to give it away without payment, allegedly pay 4 rubles for the shelf life on top. Very unpleasant impressions.

Therefore, there are queues where elderly or disabled people stand for more than an hour, waiting to receive, for example, a pension or a transfer. The wish of the administration is to strengthen control over employees who carry out cash transactions, especially since this is the central post office in Vitebsk! And more.
