Чем дальше тем хуже: теперь отделение работает 3 часа 3 раза в неделю и то пойди поймай кого ни будь на рабочем месте, вечно на больничном или в отпуске, иной раз неделями караулишь забрать посылку((, все держится на заведующей, остальные - незнаю\неумею. Топятся дровами и это в 21м веке, стыдоба. Понятно, местный персонал мало на что влиять может, довели эффективные мэнэджэры ПР - экономия на всем..
