Если это читают начальники почты поднимите зарплату почтальонам и они придут работать ужас просто нет почтальонов .... За платежками не все могут ходить .

Нужна организация труда, не хватает полок и распределения товара от маркетплейсов таких как озон и али...., и сделайте уже прибавку к зп, у вас индексация по зп планируется? Вы так сотрудников не наберете сюда за 20к в мес.... Труд должен оплачиваться, ввиду новой поправки у вас на 1300 руб выше прожиточного минимума сотрудники получают....... Гос. Учереждение... Выражаю благодарность людям работающим в данный момент на почте.
