Совсем там все плохо. Отношение операторов хамское, всегда. Грубят, хамят, работу свою не делают. Пару раз был просто вопиющий случай. Продержали у себя извещение, и я так и не получила судебное письмо. А еще раз еле успела посылку получить, случайно о ней узнала. Помогли в главном офисе в Москве. Жаль, что приходиться пользоваться этим отделением, но пока альтернативы нет!
