ПНД какой-то, ни очереди по талонам, ни понимания что и как работает, на все отделение 2 с половиной копателя и очень «доброжелательное общение». Берешь талон на отправку -> возврат товара. Вызывают по очереди, потом отсылают обратно что видите ли я взял не тот талон. Какой должен быть талон если опция возврата была только в отправлении. Надеюсь почтой больше пользоваться не придется. Это отделение отдельный вид «искусства»

Не доставили номер журнала за один из месяцев. В ответ на Обращения на сайте почты приходят письма, что "они все доставили и они надеятся на дальнейшее сотрудничество" - ну да, я ж поэтому Вам и пишу, что все доставили. В отделении бегают туда-сюда друг на друга скидывают - то тот должен разобраться, то другой или вообще на сайте напишите обращение. Всячески тянут время, а сделать что-то ни кто не то что не может, а даже не планирует.
