Новый какой то сотрудник (не видел его ни разу за 5 лет обслуживания в этом отделении) в этом отделении - Тертычный Артëм Анатольевич, устанавливает какие то новые правила обслуживания, мою коробку для посылки брать отказывался, по причине того, что будет расходовать фирменный скотч, даже сначала пошел в отказ принимать мою коробку, пока я не настоял, что не хочу покупать новую и формат именно моей коробки идеально подходит для содержимого моей посылки. В общем, как в старые советские времена, столкнулся с полным отсутствием понятия о клиентоориентировании в отделениях почтамта.
