Ужасное обслуживание. Бешеные операторы, грубое отношение к взрослым людям. Не умеют объяснять и говорить человеческим языком. Один большой и жирный минус.

Обслуживание по 40 минут, т.к. им без разницы выполнили или нет свою работу, на работе до часу посидели 20-30 человек обслужили на двоих и закрыли. Закройте это отделение, оно просто вводит в заблуждение людей, и заставляет тратить драгоценное время на ожидание чуда.

Решите вопрос с персоналом, один человек для такого большого поселка, это очень мало и работает до обеда. Что бы получить посылку нужно простоять пол дня
