Невозможно дозвониться, постоянно занят телефон. На горячей линии операторы только умеют вежливо ответить и больше никаких действий. Две недели лежит административное письмо на хранении, когда должно через 7 дней отправлено по обратному адресу. Отвратительная работа.

Неудобный график в воскресенье выходной, а в будни до 17:00, хотя бы до 18:00 сделали что бы после работы можно было получить посылку.
