Good evening. We often visit this place after making pleasant purchases. Today we were very disappointed in the staff service. After receiving an order containing beer, after drinking several sips of this drink, a taste of chlorine was detected. After contacting the staff with this question, the beer was simply replaced without apologies and without any explanation. An employee who worked on this equipment muttered something about some kind of cleaning of the equipment, hiding her face and just handed over a new drink. You just haven't run into a visitor yet who could cause a lot of trouble. Teach your employees how to work, conduct training and require the administration to perform job descriptions. You need not only to shrug your shoulders and pretend that nothing happened, but somehow you can apologize at least!!! I just didn't want to spoil my mood with a scandal and time is very expensive. But next time, I promise, if this happens again, I will definitely take all measures!!!
