I do not like it when the consumer is deceived, it is clear that sales are needed, then it is logical to remove the estimates, since they are still displayed incorrectly and speculate with them, which is unfair and misleading to customers, the staff also loves only the application, because it is more convenient for THEM, they are forced to download it, even if you do not need it. I was a regular customer, but my loyalty is over, now I will be here only if there are no other stores or it is much more expensive, but books on sale in other marketplaces can be found cheaper. One of the advantages was that the staff was more often polite. That's what kept me going. But there have already been too many situations. I'm tired of it. I just decided to buy more for the family in stores where there is no need to wait, and maybe the product does not come in accordance, better, came, saw, examined, immediately bought. And it was a great idea.

A cozy store, I would say a bookstore, but there is a great variety of goods, there are cosmetics, perfumes , drinks that are not available in regular stores , soda in a transparent jar, for example, sweets, books, magazines, board games, interior decorations, in general, everything that can diversify and decorate gray everyday life. The staff is polite, friendly, client-oriented, prompt , show , in general, it's nice to do business. This is not only a store, but also a point of delivery of goods ordered on the site. In general, I am satisfied, I have no complaints and negativity from visiting the store.
