I recently visited this bookstore, I liked everything. The consultants are very polite, they communicate pleasantly and the atmosphere itself is cozy, which makes you want to come back again....I especially want to express my gratitude to Eugene for his help in choosing a book, I'm reading now and I can't stop.

A nice, cozy shop. The consultants are friendly and always ready to help. The assortment is very diverse, brushes for drawing were needed, but it turned out that there were not only creative goods, but many goods for the soul. I give 5 stars, I will definitely come back;)

In this store, we were shopping with a child for kindergarten, a very nice girl helped us in choosing the product, after which we went to the classroom to pay for purchases, after paying the cashier put our purchases in a package, upon arrival home we did not find one of the goods, calling the store they replied that they would clarify the information, next the day I got a call back and was informed that the goods were put in a package for us? And then the miracle product evaporated, that they looked at the CAMERA THAT the PRODUCT WAS PUT IN a BAG, but they can't show me, the first and last time I shopped in this store, the missing product is one of the most expensive receipts, be vigilant, and check the product at the checkout.

The choice and assortment is sufficient, but not for me personally. And I was unpleasantly struck by the unfriendly and gloomy staff. They greet you without smiles , unequivocally answer questions. There is no interest in anything. I don't want to come back here at all.
An unpleasant impression .
Service is not your strong suit. If many people are satisfied with this, then everything is very sad.

Oz is the best "book supplier" for me and my loved ones. I make orders from the app and pick them up at pick-up points.
Unfortunately, there is little choice in the lake itself. The prices, without the regular customer discount, are also slightly higher than in other bookstores, but otherwise everything is great. The staff is helpful and always ready to recommend a book. Recommend.

I left a request for one manga. I've been waiting for a long time for the manga to be on sale. As a result, when it appeared on sale, I immediately ordered it, as a result, I was promised on the website that my product would be delivered in about a month. Everything would be fine, but when the date of the manga's arrival at the store was approaching, I received a notification that my order was delayed. I sent a message on the site saying something like "Where is my product, why are you working so slowly, etc.", I was answered to my messages in such a way that, as if I were to blame for this, there was such a phrase like "next time make a choice in favor of those products that are in stock" Excuse me, but if a customer leaves a request for a certain product, and then as soon as this product appears in stock and the person orders it immediately, the customer needs THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT!!! But in the end, I was waiting for my order anyway. But again, the date was approaching when I had to pick up my order, and I received a notification that the order was cancelled, the order would not arrive at all. cool!!! Finally:
1) I have been waiting for my order for a long time (almost a month)
2) The order was delayed
3) The order did not arrive at all
I used to think that oz was a good site, but I was very disappointed in it because of this case. I don't use this site anymore.
