A woman with black hair and black nails was the receptionist that day. I sent it to my grandfather (70 years old) the code for receiving the product. He told her the correct code, but without the asterisk, and asked her to look at the last message on her phone to see where the asterisk was. In response to the request, this woman started shouting obscenities as inadequate and refusing to receive the paid goods. Fortunately, a man came in and helped my grandfather without any problems.

The level of professionalism here is simply at zero-it is negative.The employees don't understand at all what they are doing here and what their responsibilities are.But that's half the trouble.The most shocking thing is the manner of communication.Mats, sidelong glances and displeased faces are the first things these wonderful people greet you with.This is not an order pick-up point, but a real shame.
