I ordered from Ozone for the first time, the delivery was a little delayed, but that's not the point. At the pick-up point, I pulled the order out of the box, I wanted to leave the box there, the girl at the pick-up said to take it with me, you can't leave the boxes, I had to go to the nearest trash can. There are no such rules in Flip or Wildberries, you can leave the paper and packaging. Flip will also be given a package and always very polite girls at the issuance, which you obviously can't say about Ozone
