You'll loose you're money you left with lengthy pointless procedures repeating you're self to a bot ten times Lastly they'll tell you to send your complaint by reqular mail!!!!!!! This should be the russian equivalent to amazon, what a joke, it would've been funny if it wasn't so true

Не связывайтесь с доставкой озон, самый худший перевозчик. В поддержке люди-боты потеряли посылку, с самого начала забила тревогу, посылка не прошла ни одну сортировку, а в ответ в пути и бла бла бла. Балаболы, не могут возить от слова совсем, номеров для отслеживания нормальных нет...типа внутренние видимо никому не известные. Отстой. Если бы увидела реальные отзывы не отправила бы никогда. ...
