Music is playing, so calm that words cannot describe it. The waiting time, well, when the parcel is delivered, is minimal! They offer free bags, explain clearly in case of questions, it smells delicious on the PVZ, it's clean and I like that there is even a children's table.
It's a great place for me personally! Especially when you take away what you've wanted for a very long time!

There are interesting breaks at the pick-up point in the form of an adhesive sheet with a time interval and an incorrect phone number. In addition, when there were 2 people waiting for delivery, the employee came out, closed the door and, saying with a smile "Break)))", left.
If you decide to order something here, I recommend calling in advance and clarifying the schedule according to which the employee "takes a break"....

A good PVZ, the staff are kind and positive, they will always help you figure out the application! Those who write about the break - read the laws, I, as a lawyer, declare that employees have the right to take a break at any time convenient for them, since they work alone!!! A very cool and cozy place! I've picked up my Orders a lot before! It is beautiful, clean and has a very pleasant aroma when you enter the room! There is even a children's area for my baby! Now she 's waiting for us to go again , so that her aunt will treat us with sweets and give us another doll !And the staff is always smiling and glad to see you! After Wildbury , where everything is littered with boxes and needs to be repaired , this is heaven on earth 🤣🤣🤣😅Thank you for being there!

I waited 15 minutes in a queue of 5 people, the girl counted the money without any comments, not paying attention to the customers. I've been giving out orders for an extremely long time.
It is very unpleasant to see such a service after a working day, I will not return to this PVZ anymore. It was like standing in the hospital at the reception desk.
