Then they brought the uncooked chicken to the child and thank God I checked it.

The atmosphere is not bad, but it does not feel like you are in a restaurant or cafe. Because the entrance area.
There is no music, but this is not really important, the main thing of course is drinks, food and prices.
The prices are a bit high, even for an establishment in a mall of this scale.
The food is 3+ out of 5 (there is no talk of gastronomic pleasure and there will not be, ordinary food. The serving is not bad, it looks much tastier than in fact)
The portions are average, even a little small!
The kebab is generally tiny, just like in the photo on the menu! But very juicy. Not bad.
The waiting time for the order was 5-7 minutes later, salad, tea were served and after 10-15 minutes hot (meat)
Tea was served for some reason more expensive, ordered according to the menu, not the author's but the usual one)
The dessert was bomb, very juicy
A 10% tip is included in the receipt.

Incredibly dirty: the seats of the upholstered sofas are greasy gray-black instead of burgundy, the tables are covered with crumbs and streaks of dirt. Until you press the employee call button, no one will come, although the waitress was friendly. Half of the menu is not available, but what is there is 2.5 points in quality (tomatoes from the vegetable supplement of the meat dish are also coveted with incomprehensible wormholes, spoiled, onions are the same).

There is now a Safran "restaurant" and everything is very bad. There was no Beshbarmak, I ordered a lamb kebab and mashed potatoes. The kebab was hard, the mashed potatoes tasteless. The check for this case is 5770 tenge.
There is also no normal menu, only on the website, but it does not work and the Internet is stupid here.
Expensive and not tasty, avoid it.

The food is delicious, but the service is at zero. They cook for a long time, the waiters are not trained, the cashier is walking somewhere. In addition, by 12 o'clock in the afternoon there are no main dishes, such as chicken soup and assorted kebabs. Even 3 points is a lot, but I won't spoil the rating too much.
