I go there on KVN (in 2019, he moved from the Minsk recreation center to this recreation center), before that he went there as a child to concerts (from school). An old building, still strong, with a Soviet design inside. There is an interesting bar with good and inexpensive cognac (5-7 years old, but mild), medium coffee (for 2 rubles) and "!a scoop entourage!". It's shorter for an amateur.
