Rested from 19-28.09. Excellent hotel, very hospitable host. The shared kitchen has everything you need for cooking, everything is clean. The room has a refrigerator and air conditioning.
Nearby there is a shop, a cafe, a 20-minute walk to the town.
To the beach 10 minutes on foot, there is a cafe on the beach, you can take a sunbed, a surfboard to swim.
And thank you very much to Timur for a great vacation, the atmosphere, we will definitely come back!

Thank you very much to the owner Timur, the hotel is gorgeous. The room is clean and cozy. State hospitality for 100 points. New Athos is very beautiful. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the room to the beach

So, we stayed 12 days at the hotel, everything is great, starting from the views (from one side of the sea, from the other mountains), ending with the attitude of the host to the guests. A very warm and cordial welcome, if any difficulties or problems arise, everything is solved immediately. The girl and I really liked it, we recommend it.

Great hotel! The hospitable host Timur. Air-conditioned rooms,good wi-fi, 10 minutes walk to the sea, everything you need in the kitchen, the view from the balcony is great. In the evenings, crickets, the highway is almost inaudible, only the sounds of nature, calm and good) A huge agave on the plot is a fire! 😁
There is a great aunt Sveta shop by the road and awesome kebabs from Rusik in the cafe Home cooking halfway to the hotel, we recommend it!

Very nice hotel, located in the center of Abkhazia. The beach is not far away, a quiet area. There is a parking lot in the courtyard, a large communal kitchen.

A wonderful hotel with wonderful owners, comfort and hospitality🙏🏻
We rested here from 07/24/2022 to 08/01/2022 — I didn't want to leave. The rooms are clean, all with balconies or with a terrace (ground floor). The area with a variety of plants is well maintained. I really want to come back here🥰

I was in Sochi for 3 days, rested in this hotel, I highly recommend paying a little too much for the view, just gorgeous from the balcony to the night Sochi, 👍
There is its own Parking, downstairs, convenient, the breakfasts are so-so))

I was on vacation with my family, from June 5 to June 15! I really liked everything. Firstly, the new hotel is very cozy, everything in it is new.
Secondly, such a good location when you are away from the hustle and bustle (it may be stressful for some to walk, but my family and I are for walking)well, in the end, no one forbids you to come in your car! There is a parking place for cars)
And thirdly, the owners are wonderful people. I think that their prices are not too high, unlike many institutions nearby.
The most positive impressions from this trip to Abkhazia!

Great hotel, great views of the sea and mountains. Very helpful and kind hosts. The room has everything you need. A dining room is 200 meters away and the beach is 10-15 minutes from the hotel. Abkhazia is a wonderful country. Special respect for Sukhumi beer at 60p per bottle!

I rested 3 times and that says a lot. I rested with a friend, I rested with my great-granddaughter. I liked everything and my great-granddaughter even burst into tears that everything needed to leave. I hope to come again.

I threw a star for the price, but I wanted to put 3. Disadvantages: the rooms have a disgusting smell, probably from the carpet, I looked into several rooms, it smells like old rags or even worse: as if someone threw up. It was solved by leaving the balcony open for the whole day. The second big problem was for us - there was just a hole in the wall in the bathroom instead of a hood. In the summer, I probably don't care, but we got there when it was +14 for a couple of days. The temperature in the bathroom is like outside. It was very invigorating to wash, especially in the morning. Also, if you are without a car, then the hotel is very far from the beach. You can't go straight to the sea. The nearest beach is opposite the train station. Look at the map, it takes about 20 minutes to walk. Walk half the way along the highway on the dusty shoulder. It's a long way to the city center. I don't know how to get there without a car. But we were by car, and this location turned into a plus, since the place is quiet and secluded. You can listen to birds singing all night. There is no kettle in the room. There are few cups and no corkscrew in the shared kitchen. There are towel hooks in the bathroom, but no shelves for shampoos and soaps, no hair dryer. The bed is bad - it creaks when you turn over, and the mattresses are too soft.
Among the advantages: a gorgeous view, a quiet place, excellent Wi-fi in the room, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. And of course the price. Probably for this money it's a great option

A great place with a very picturesque view. The owners are good people. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, private bathroom. You can't find a better place in Abkhazia, it seems to me (500₽ day/person)
