We are choosing this hotel for the second year in a row. We divide our holidays into holidays in Pitsunda and Gagra. And we like the Palm Tree in Gagra. A cozy little hotel. Everything you need is there. Friendly staff. The location is good. Across the street you enter the territory of the Nart hotel and there is the sea, the beach. You can also eat at the Nart restaurant (buffet). 20min from the hotel is the old colonnade and the big embankment. 5 min by taxi and the market and there is also an embankment with a Ferris wheel. We will return to this hotel next year. We like it there

In general, everything is fine, the rooms are clean, the hotel is new, the staff is friendly, they brought everything in small things (kettle, mugs in the room, etc.). The only thing was that they were not ready to get a room on the side of the unfinished hotel, apparently for this reason the balconies are wrapped with a plant like lianas, because of this it is dark in the room, but not very noisy..there is a railway nearby, trains run 6-7 times during the day.. but this did not bother us much..it is not possible to sleep in a room without air conditioning, but this is not a problem of the hotel, but a feature of the weather in Gagra in summer (it is very stuffy and the humidity is crazy ((In general, I put 4+ for the hotel

Very nice hotel!!!!!! Vacationed with my husband in September 2023. Cleanliness!!!!(and this is very important to me!) Cozy and comfortable in the room. The room is cleaned daily, as well as a change of towels.

The sea is within walking distance, crossing the road was absolutely not annoying!

The room is clean, towels are changed every day. There is clean water in the cooler on the floor, glasses. There are not enough disposable shampoos, brushes, so take your own. The trouble with parking is 2 parking spaces in a good place where it's not scary to leave the car and those are given very strangely. Upon check-in, you are promised that you can park, after check-in it turns out that "this is someone's, park behind the hotel" There is no properly equipped parking behind the hotel, leave the car on the side of the road, and it's good if some "driver" does not fly into it at night. I liked everything very much!
There is an air conditioner. Nice room, everything inside is nice. They clean every day, change towels.
Everyone is friendly.
It's not far from the sea
To eat - either in a cafe in the courtyard, it is quite tasty, or in a Sled. The buffet is 800 rubles and the choice is quite good. They cook well.
A buffet in Chelyuskintsy for 600 rubles, well, this is a dining room, everything is much simpler.
When we arrived on the Swallow, we went out in a Gagripsha. It's a short walk to the hotel. There are no taxis at the station.
A railway line runs 10 meters from the hotel. But it doesn't bother, trains rarely run. Silence at night.

Great hotel! Cozy and comfortable at home, polite employees, thank you for the warm welcome) there is a water cooler on each floor, a lot of fresh air on the floors. Despite the fact that the rooms have rather old furniture (but the mattress on the bed is comfortable), they clean this hotel well)) Towels are changed every day. There is a small recreation area with a fountain on the territory, you can cook yourself, it seems there are conditions for this, but when we were there, this area was not functioning yet, because it is not the season.
Geographically, it is also convenient (you can go to the beach through the territory of the Nart boarding house, where there is a swimming pool (for 1000 rubles you can relax in the pool all day, and if you only need to go to the beach, then you do not need to pay if you only have sun beds, but no one asked us for them))) Within walking distance from the hotel there are a sufficient number of various cafes, attractions-the Colonnade, the Gagripsh restaurant, the embankment, quite well-maintained.
The disadvantage of this hotel is that due to the increase in the number of rooms, the number of parking spaces is almost reduced to zero (if I remember correctly, there will be two or three of them). It is proposed to put it on the street, which is also not an option. The receptionist told us that we could put it in the "Nart", but they refused us. The administrator eventually agreed with the neighboring guest house, we were allowed to put the cars, but we were on the 20th of May, it was not the season, so I think it will not work to count on the neighbors in the season.
Overall, I recommend the hotel.

We had a rest at the end of June 2023.
The hotel is located not far from the sea, next to the railway. Trains honk loudly, because vacationers have to cross them. And it gets a little annoying every day.
Initially, we agreed and paid for a room with a sea view, but we were given a view of the unfinished building. It is expensive 6000 for two people only, the sled costs 10000 with all inclusive. It was just the first time we were on the advice of friends.
The service is excellent, everything was changed, cleaning every day. Thank you.
You can have lunch with the neighbors, we went once and didn't want to anymore. There is no goodwill, it is not tasty.
We went to cafes and restaurants, there is a buffet of 1500 rubles in the Nart , the prices are the same.
It is worth visiting Abkhazia, but you will think 100 times about coming again. For this money, you can relax in the Emirates in 3 * hotels.
I advise the hotel to put a tennis table, billiards. Sell cigarettes, buy a freezer, sell ice cream, sunflower seeds, souvenirs and slicing, cheese, cookies. You have a lot of opportunities to make visitors comfortable. Good luck and prosperity to you!

Very emotional! A pleasant place. The rooms are clean. The administrator, it seems, Natalia (sorry if I'm confused) is a wonderful person! Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness. To the sea, walk to a nice beach in 10 minutes with a stroller. There is a shared veranda with a mini waterfall, a lawn with mini palm trees for now), parking for 2-3 cars on site, free Wi-Fi. The morning and evening honk from a passing train is also free (it turned out that it practically does not bother, especially a one-year-old child). The Cafe is really bad.. but this is the case almost everywhere in Abkhazia..

Excellent hotel, we had a rest in July 2022 with our family. The rooms are new, soft carpet on the floor, everything you need is there. Cleaning and changing of towels every day! There is a dining room on site with reasonable prices. The only thing is, of course, it is not worth putting cheap liquid hand soap in a plastic package in such an interior in the bathroom - let it live in a beautiful dispenser. There are not enough separate lamps above the bed. Everything is clean, neat, although sometimes in expensive hotels I find that the linen is just "crunchy" from cleanliness, if it is like that here, then you can put a car in a straight top - there are three places on the territory, but with overlapping each other.

A cool hotel with its own home cooking. We were from 06/13.21 to 06/20.21. I liked everything. The photos are real. The transfer was provided from Sochi airport directly to the hotel. 500 rubles. per person. Even things can be washed. The sea is close. But it takes about 15 minutes to get to the free beach. There are sun beds for 50 rubles/ hour with an umbrella and a toilet). Across the street there are boarding houses in which it is not very convenient to bargain for a sunbed or lie on the rocks for free because you are not your own. The place is stunningly beautiful. We walked every day. Wine at 210 rubles per bottle and Apsny and Lykhny and Escher, etc.)

Positive:
1) good rooms
2) there is a hair dryer
3) good water pressure in the shower
Minuses:
1) absolutely unbearable Soviet reception in the form of women over 45+ who don't need anything, who don't know anything. They're sitting there for the jackdaw and it's disgusting;
2) it always turns off the lights and there is no Generator of its own. The whole vacation (we got into the rainy season) we walked, got wet, came to the room and directly caught the time when the hair dryer was working to dry things because the humidity in the hotel is terrible (as in all of Abkhazia). And since you can't walk a lot during the rainy season, then sit in the room without light, without charging on a laptop or phones, so you will have nothing to do, unless you are young and hot)
3) there is no kitchen of its own, there is another hotel nearby with its own kitchen, but the desire to communicate with these habalkas completely disappeared after the 1st time)
Conclusion: here is a really good guest, made of high-quality materials, pleasant, but you need to change the entire control system + add a kitchen and your own generator, then it will be great!

Satellite TV with lots of channels and a big TV on the wall. The rooms are cleaned every day! Each room has a balcony, air conditioning. Parking for cars on site is free. Exactly 3 stars.I do not share the enthusiasm of users.We came to Gagra for exploration for the first time and, for lack of places in the sanatorium on the first line, settled here. They were in a sanatorium. Quite close to the sea. Room cleaning and linen change are regular, as they should be - I don't understand why everyone is so surprised by this - what is the delight? This is how it should be! The railway is right under the windows, trains rarely run, it was necessary to cross to the sea both through the railway and through the highway, where everyone is rushing like the last time!- which happens regularly!, the territories of the hotels nearby (and in fact this is one hotel) have nothing outstanding, there is no extra tree. Everything is head and in a state of construction- horror. Thank God we only spent the night there. There is a cafe on site. It's also very sad. Although everything is always fresh and only cooked. But this is not a 5 or 4 star hotel, you need to understand that this is a 3 star private hotel at the beginning of its activity...You need to understand that you will not see restaurants and cafes of at least one level in Gagra...Well, I don't know..."yakitoria" - let's not raise the bar to the average level! It's not there!!! Sochi is nearby- full of everything and clean and cozy and different levels of service and prices-.... THERE IS NO.. The Soviet space is in a frozen state.
