A multi-valued monument. There is a paratrooper vest and beret, and a formidable paratrooper, and a symbolic parachute with the Airborne Forces emblem and portraits of Hero of the Soviet Union Vasily Margelov and General Ivan Lisov. I. Lisov, a native of Vitebsk region, was the closest associate of V. Margelov, who called Lisov his right hand. And also in memory of the 103rd Airborne Division stationed in Vitebsk, which was the first to enter Afghanistan. Times have changed, but there is an airborne brigade in Vitebsk (this is not a secret).
