The staff is very friendly and helpful, if there is a question or any difficulties, then everyone is sincerely trying to help. They feed us well, of course there is no abundance, but no one will stay hungry, neither an adult nor a child, and fish and meat, always delicious soups, porridge for breakfast, it was important for us, because the child eats only porridge for breakfast, I note that there has always been buckwheat porridge. Animation for children is great. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

It's a great hotel, as is the entire papillon chain. Magnificent territory, well maintained , beautiful, thoughtful. Lots of shade from huge trees, incredible shrubs. Cozy three-storey villas with renovated rooms - it looks modern, the plumbing has also been changed. There is a change of linen every day, it is snow-white, there are delicate bathrobes for adults and children, which is important in the off-season . The service, the kitchen, the coffee shop, the quality of the drinks are all top. The complete absence of low-quality "plastic" - neither in disposable tableware, nor in outdoor furniture - everything is beautiful, sound, and of high quality. The perfect place to come back to again and again!
