Great hotel! Nice beach, beautiful and well-groomed territory, with very beautiful and friendly cats)) Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, the rooms have been renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if there is a question or any difficulties, then everyone is sincerely trying to help. They feed us well, of course there is no abundance, but no one will stay hungry, neither an adult nor a child, and fish and meat, always delicious soups, porridge for breakfast, it was important for us, because the child eats only porridge for breakfast, I note that there has always been buckwheat porridge.
Animation for children is great.

Magnificent territory, well maintained , beautiful, thoughtful. Lots of shade from huge trees, incredible shrubs.
Cozy three-storey villas with renovated rooms - it looks modern, the plumbing has also been changed.
There is a change of linen every day, it is snow-white, there are delicate bathrobes for adults and children, which is important in the off-season .
The service, the kitchen, the coffee shop, the quality of the drinks are all top.
The complete absence of low-quality "plastic" - neither in disposable tableware, nor in outdoor furniture - everything is beautiful, sound, and of high quality.

This hotel has become a real discovery for us — a rare combination of comfort, care and an atmosphere that is pleasant for the whole family to immerse themselves in.
I would especially like to mention the children's club: the animation team are real professionals who are able not only to keep a child busy, but to give him a lot of impressions. Every day is like a mini adventure. Our children were eager to go there from morning to night with a joy that is difficult to fake.
The service is excellent: the staff is polite, unobtrusive and always ready to help. And the green area of the hotel is a separate kind of pleasure.
This is our second visit, and, no doubt, not the last. They know how to make a family vacation really high-quality.

A great family hotel. We have been going there for the 2nd year in a row (daughter is 2 years old and son is 10 years old). A large green area where you can leisurely stroll with a stroller, sipping a pre-taken cocktail. There are also many activities for the teenager. He usually left in the morning and met in the evening. The animation is on top, but in 24 it is simpler than the year before. There is plenty of food for different tastes, but perhaps someone does not have enough for a fastidious taste.
I will also note the night cafe bar. If you haven't had enough to eat during the day, then a place in the cafe is definitely waiting for you. We used to come for evening tea.
The rooms in the main building are quite spacious, we had enough for 4 people.
Probably the only negative, independent of the hotel, is the outgoing beach area - it strongly erodes the shore. According to rumors, the owners of the hotel want to provide something to protect the coastal zone.
I would recommend it for the family, but of course the option is not very budget-friendly, but it's worth it

I really liked it, great slides, pools, lots of activities. A great kids' club with a PlayStation room, I think there were 5 consoles, daily contests, the kids liked it. There is an adult-only area with a swimming pool and a nearby terrace with a bar. All alcohol is free. Varied food, there is a burger bar throughout the day, a food court area, and several restaurants. There were performances and programs every day. The beach is in the immediate vicinity, towels and sun beds were always available, daily cleaning. In general, I really liked it.

Our family's favorite hotel. There is a very pleasant atmosphere here , it doesn 't bother you , but only encourages you to relax . We also stayed in the superior rooms in the central building, they are larger and have 4 full beds, and in the bungalows, the bungalows are smaller, but we liked them even more because they are surrounded by greenery, trees, and it is very pleasant to sit on the balcony and walk around the territory. The territory is very well maintained and green. The food is excellent and the coffee shop is wonderful. It is a pity that the prices have increased very much for this hotel, we will wait for good offers and we will definitely come again. We have already rested 3 times in this hotel. I like everything, Although we have seen and lived in different hotels in Turkey , but Papillon bellile is about comfort without show-offs. I would not like to overstate the price and attract another contingent with whom it is difficult to relax .

We stayed at this hotel from 15.05 to 22.05. We were extremely satisfied with the hotel!!! We didn't regret choosing this particular hotel at all, although we considered many options! The hotel is amazing, there is enough entertainment for children, our daughter hung out at the kids' club almost all the time! The water in the main pool was already warm, we swam mostly in it, it was heated in the children's pool! The water park is small, but all the slides are top! The animators are smart, attentive, funny, and they were glad to see you, as if we were friends!!! Every evening there is a show, a mini disco, and after that a disco! The food is very tasty and varied, the dinners are special!!! We didn't find any disadvantages!!! Many thanks to the hotel and all the staff for our amazing stay!!! Good luck to you!!!

It's a very cool hotel. The staff is very polite, correct and helpful. Holidays with children are possible, there is a wonderful children's playground with locations of interest, there are also water slides, children will roll in with pleasure and from the heart.
There are no problems with food, you will definitely never stay hungry. There is even a separate table for those who are on a diet, a separate room for children who can put food there for themselves, tables are adapted for the growth of babies.

Greetings to all, we are currently vacationing at this hotel and while everything is fresh in my memory, I decided to write a review.
The hotel is small, but very well thought out. Of the entire Papilon network, it is the largest in terms of territory. The territory is beautiful, green, there is one heated swimming pool, two without heating and a couple for kids for kids at all. Slides, a small water park for children, everything is healthy and clean. The staff monitors everything and responds immediately to requests. There is also a kids' club, playgrounds and themed rooms, but our children are older, we didn't use it.
The hotel itself is not new, but everything is working fine. By numbers: we live in the comfort club, they are generally all triple rooms, but the bed is additionally extended and then half of the room is a berth. Honestly, for families of two adults and two children, it turns out very closely. The shower and toilet are also miniature. Optimal accommodation is probably for two adults and a child. But that's probably the only thing I'd consider a downside.
The main restaurants, a la carte, snack bars with burgers, pizza, hot dogs, ice cream are all available in abundance. Everything is excellent, very diverse. Everything is fine with drinks, too, for every taste and assortment, both in alcohol and in freshly squeezed juices.
The season has just started, but the hotel is fully loaded and there is plenty of room for everyone on site! Let's return home with the best impressions from our vacation!

Great hotel! The green, beautiful territory is not very large, but there is a place to walk. High-quality varied meals for both adults and children. For kids, in general, paradise. I really liked the playground. Heated children's pool with different slides. There are also good slides with a heated pool for older children and adults, plus a fairly spacious separate heated pool. You won't find this in every hotel, and we traveled a lot at different times of the year. Special thanks to the children's football coach. The grandson is happy! There are a lot of bars, places where you can have a snack of anything. There is everything! We carefully moved into a separate house (we always preferred the main building), liked the room!!!
Wishes: more hooks in the bathroom, and also be sure to cover the slides. Children are constantly falling on the cement floor. It's very slippery!

We had a rest here with two children. The hotel is very child-friendly. The territory is large, the beach is large, the sea is clean, the rooms are no frills, but it will do. There are no problems with the number of pools, there is a small water park, a children's town with various entertainers and animators. Standard entertainment programs in the evening. The food is also standard, when more than 500 people are at dinner at the same time, there will be no other way - the conveyor is working. I didn't like it very much, but the main thing was that the children ate everything and had fun, we drove just for them.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. Green area, nice renovated villas. A wonderful kids' club and a heated pool with slides. A variety of food, a good children's restaurant. But it's a narrow beach. Even by October, it was difficult to find a free sunbed on the beach. The sun beds were right by the shore. There was no place for the child to play in the sand anymore. Otherwise, I liked everything.

We had a rest from 4.05 to 14.05 with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. In short: I liked almost everything, the disadvantages are minimal, we booked the tour again, but already for October :)

Road
We arrived at the new airport terminal, a huge number of people and long queues everywhere. But overall it's beautiful, modern, and clean. We ordered an individual transfer, and it took 40 minutes to get to the hotel. There are traffic jams near the airport now, it would be even faster without them.
Weather
At first it was cool both in the morning and in the evening after sunset, but every day it got warmer and warmer. We need light sweaters, pants, and it's cool to eat breakfast in shorts and T-shirts.
We asked the guest relation managers for blankets for the children, and they were given to us by the evening of the same day. It was used only on evening shows. By the end of the trip, blankets were no longer needed, and in the evenings (after 21:00) it was warm and comfortable.
We helped with the luggage in all movements.
Check-in
A girl from the guest relation immediately approached the hotel, gave out a questionnaire, offered drinks (the bar is right there in the lobby), and took away their passports. The first room was given an hour later near the water park, the balcony overlooked the wall, behind which there were adult slides (2223 or something), there were scuffs on the banquette, in general everything was OK in the room, but we did not like the view. We were asked to change, without additional charges, and with a smile we were asked what kind of look we would like.
Taking into account our wishes, after 2 hours they gave us the key to 0510 – a room on the 2nd floor, the last one, on the right only a technical room with a maid's cart. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, everything is green, no one walks, the hotel cars do not drive. In the mornings I watched birds, squirrels, turtles, cats (the peach-colored cat is called Sushi) – beauty. The only thing is that the room is not sunny, the greenery covers everything, you will not be able to sunbathe on the balcony. But there is some sun.
A gift was brought for waiting for the room – wine, fruit.
The Bungalow Room
Both in the photo and in reality. It even seemed that the number was fresher than the first one. Snow-white linen, comfortable mattresses, pillows, towels, a full mini bar, a large enough TV, spacious cupboards, a safe, an iron, an ironing board. A beach bag.
The kettle is plastic (no smell, no scale), there is no coffee machine. Instant coffee, dry cream, black, green, herbal tea, disposable spoons in packages and metal, mugs, glasses in the bathroom, ashtray.
Minimal scuffs on the furniture, but everything is working and beautiful. There is a beautiful backlight on the wall. There are several lighting options – brighter, dimmer, only in the bathroom, etc.
Cartoons on TV are only in German and Turkish, there are Russian channels with TV series. The Internet in the room is excellent.
The air conditioner does not turn on for heat, we did not use it, it was comfortable so.
A balcony with a table and two chairs, a clothes dryer on the wall, of course, it was missing. We were drying clothes, towels on the balcony railing.
There is a glass door and a screen door leading to the balcony, we noticed few insects during our vacation, but we still closed them. The screen door opened with effort, we didn't figure it out, we had to call the master, but we were too lazy. Also, the dryer fell out of the wall at some point :)) They just set it back. For us, these are small things.
I was pleased that with the balcony door closed, the animation of neither Papillon nor the neighboring Bellis is almost inaudible (they are more noisy). You haven't heard from the neighbors, maybe you're lucky. If the balcony door is open and a person is sitting on the next balcony, of course, you will hear him.
I didn't notice any noise from cleaning, the maids are very delicate, the head maid comes every couple of days and asks if everything is okay.
Cleaning
Towels are changed if you leave them in the bathroom, as indicated on the sign, bed linen is washed every day, the floor is cleaned, vacuumed, mirrors, mirrored cabinet doors are wiped, and toiletries are put in (the dental kit was given out once and never folded again). Tips did not affect the quality of cleaning, it was good both without and with tips.
They put cosmetics for the shower (conditioner, gel, shampoo, body lotion) – everything has a pleasant smell, I have moody hair, everything fits. The hair dryer works perfectly.
Also, cotton pads, cotton swabs, shower caps, a shoe sponge, disposable slippers, packaged soap, a dental kit (a large folding toothbrush and paste), bathrobes for adults, and bathrobes for children were requested and brought in an hour later.
I really liked that the maid tracked our schedule and started coming when we were at sea. It's nice.
The mini-bar is replenished by another employee at about 13 hours, if you left a "do not disturb" sign on the door, they will not come again. Upon request, the guest relation in what's up is delivered within an hour.
I was worried that there were four of us and the room was small. But there was enough space, it was comfortable and cozy. The fourth bed is in a closet in the wall, it was laid out once and not cleaned. There is enough space for two adults on a double bed, one blanket for two.
Restaurant - breakfasts, lunches, dinners
Breakfasts are standard, there are dishes inside and outside the restaurant, there has always been something for both adults and children to choose from. I've seen yesterday's pastries and today's, the contrast is very noticeable. There are no cakes for breakfast, but buns.
Eggs in various forms, sandwiches or burgers, croissants (can be filled with chocolate paste or vice versa with red fish, cottage cheese, vegetables). A large selection of herbs and vegetables. It can take a long time to list. The children didn't like the porridge, and it seemed to me that it was really tasteless :) We tried 2, not all, maybe others are tastier.
Lunch was more meager than dinner, the dishes were only inside, but everyone remained well-fed and satisfied. Excellent beef stew, Thai-style chicken, grilled sea bass, stewed vegetables, lasagna, side dishes, nuggets, onion rings, French fries, pizza, buns, two types of soup, vegetables, a large selection of cakes and fruits, cheeses, sausages. And so on, so on :)
The dinner was the most varied and elegant, there were shrimps three times in 10 days. There is delicious meat (mostly beef) in the chef's corner on the street every day. We haven't even tried everything in 10 days. Great cakes! I don't like sweets, but I was captivated. The watermelons were delicious, the strawberries were average, but the children were happy to take them.
There is a separate table with marmalade and ice cream - plenty of room for kids! There are jars where children fill themselves. The waiter puts the ice cream.
There are more people at the dinner, there may be a hitch with an empty table overlooking the sea. In general, there are always places, there are many waiters, tea, coffee, and water are brought upon your request. There is a corner with diet food + a corner with leaf tea (white, with jasmine - very tasty).
In the afternoon, you can have lunch at a burger joint, decent. They give you a choice in the electronic menu based on the picture (4-5 types), a burger and potatoes in the set. Very satisfying. The drinks were taken out a minute after the order, and the burgers 5 minutes later. Gorgeous!
There is a pastry shop, a daytime food court and a la carte restaurants - they did not reach it. We do not drink alcohol.
The children's restaurant is smaller, comfortable and beautiful. The choice of dishes is large.
Swimming pools
The heater worked, but the warmer the air temperature, the less often it was turned on. In the mornings, all the pools (and the children's water park too) are cool, the children were uncomfortable. After 11, the sun warmed up and the heater worked - it was always warm. It's always warm in the evening too. The water is clean, there is no chlorine smell, the temperature is measured regularly, cleaned in the evenings.
Water park
There is a children's and an adult. There is plenty of space in the children's room, there are simpler and slightly larger slides, the depth is slightly up to the knee of an adult. Sun beds need to be occupied from 9 a.m., at 10 a.m. you may not find a place (by the adult pool with a house, too).
In the adult there are quite gentle slides, there is a fully enclosed black one, there are extreme ones and a "toilet bowl". There are rescuers above and below. We liked it. The water park was open from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16. The printout from the reception indicated that it was up to 18. There is also a children's water park, the water supply turns on at 10, then a break from 12 to 14, and turns off completely at 16. You can stay in it, but it's more boring without splashing, children slide down the slides slowly without water :)
Beach
The big one is long and narrow (3-4 rows of sun beds, somewhere up to 5-6), at first it seems small, but this is a mistake. There are always plenty of free sun beds, places to play in the sand, some under umbrellas and some under awnings. There is volleyball, there is a beautiful pier (built this year).
A strip of small pebbles at the entrance to the water, then there are practically no stones. You don't need sneakers. If you go to the left, to the jet ski rental, then there are no stones at all at the bottom, to the right to the pier there are a little more small ones at the bottom. The sand is sifted in the evening and in the morning.
Clear. There were algae in the water, and there were waves for a couple of days, but since the depth is about 50-80 meters deep, we swam every day. The water was 21-22 degrees. Only Russians swam :)) it was cold to go in, you swim in the water and adapt.
Beach towels are issued by cards, can be changed during the day. Large and dense, without spots.
There's an indoor pool, but we haven't been.
Evening shows
Mini disco for children at 20:30, at 21:15 dance, circus, gymnast show. I got the impression that one day the super pros are performing, the next the band is simpler, then the pros again. The costumes are beautiful, the artists are trying their best, everything is at a decent level. I was especially impressed by the children's circus, Mongolian acrobats, and todes, of course. An hour before the show, seats at the stage must be occupied, things are thrown, if you want to sit in certain places, you need to occupy them.
Once a week on Wednesdays there is a children's carnival - the children really enjoyed it! Balloons were distributed, the children's circus continued to perform on the football field, it was possible to play various games (mini golf, mini football, marksmanship, etc.), there were treats, but there were not enough for all the guests. Cotton candy, donuts, ice cream, lollipops, fruits, smoothies. Very colorful and beautiful!
It was annoying that people were grabbing 5 Balls each, as a result, many did not have enough : (us too.
Once every 3 days there are parties – white, red, etc. Periodically, you could listen to the piano in the lobby in the evening, bands performed on the beach after the show, and you could dance. We didn't go, but it looked decent.
For the first time in 10 days, there was a foam party in the afternoon at the amphitheater at 12:00. That's cool too!
Children's Club
The children didn't go, they only left us for an hour once, they put special vests on the boys, and our phones were recorded. The boys spoke well of this time. All animators speak Russian. And so we watched that something was happening at the club all the time - they were going to the zoo, painting on T-shirts, collecting bouquets for Mother's Day, exercising, and playing games. Something for an additional fee. The premises look decent, the playground is good, I saw twice how the bolts were checked in the evening, something was tightened. They're watching.
The playlist was only for 15 minutes, I was too lazy to figure out why there was so little, in the end we didn't go at all.
Papillon belvil won us over :) there is a sense of comfort, security, and fun. There were almost no dissatisfied employees. It is very clean everywhere, the public outdoor toilets were surprised – very clean, there is always paper and soap.
Leo's photographer was slightly annoying, it seemed that at times he was intrusive. But in general, it is clear that the person is working. He shoots you for free, and then you can buy 10 frames for 100 euros or print a photo book for 250 euros. We considered the price too high.
There are a couple of shops on site. A large pack of chips is 4 euros, scuba goggles are 20 euros, and a mask and snorkel are 30 euros. There are toys, sunscreens. There is a souvenir shop and outerwear.
In general, the hotel is, of course, family-run, almost all with children 5-10 years old, there are not so many teenagers. Everything is friendly. The kids run around on their own, getting ice cream, dancing, and going to the pool.
Turtles can be found every day (we counted 9 in one day) in a clearing where mulberry trees grow (or just look like it). Already at 11 o'clock and until 18 they crawl, then hide. They eat the leaves, these berries, very cute.
According to the travel agent, there is a nurse at the hotel, she is constantly there, but there is no doctor.
On the day of departure, the room was extended for 60 euros for several hours, which is also very convenient.

Well-maintained, large territory. There are many warm heated pools, including good cocktails and a bar for kids, the staff mostly speaks Russian. Cleaning is daily, but not very thorough. The food in the restaurant was very tasty on certain days, on others it felt like they were warming up what they hadn't eaten. Kids Club - lots of activities for kids.

Great hotel, I recommend it!!! I was with my wife and two children in early October 2024. A spacious, cozy room. Cleaning and linen change every day. Excellent cuisine, friendly, Russian-speaking staff, sincerely ready to help!!! The drinks in the bar are of high quality, in the lobby bar so in general, Courvoisier cognac, tequila, gin, and rum of foreign production. Good local wines, coffee at the lobby bar and by the pool is great. Interesting shows in the evenings. I especially want to mention the work of the animation team at the children's club!!! The girls are all attentive to the kids, regardless of whether they are foreigners or Russians. They are groovy, funny, positive all the time, they carry you away! It is clear that the management of the hotel is responsible and professional in everything. The beach is a little narrow compared to the neighboring ones, but the sand is sifted from the pebbles, clean, well-groomed. There are enough sun beds. The contingent of vacationers is about 50% Russians, 35% Germans, and the rest are British, French, Italians, Poles, Slovaks, Indians and from other countries. The hotel is super!! I recommend it!

A huge restaurant with a huge amount of food (for dinner most of all), there is a wonderful gym, a mini water park, a bar where you can have a snack in the afternoon, mini refrigerators on the beach with soft drinks (cola, fanta, sprite, plain and carbonated water), as well as a lot of sports. games: volleyball, soccer, water polo, cricket, etc., children's club (large playground, playstation room, mini cinema, lego room and game room. We had a family vacation in May 2024, the hotel is wonderful, just created for families with children. We lived in a bungalow 10 building (a gorgeous place with a cozy green courtyard and turtles), a nice room after renovation, when we checked in we were waiting for a gift - a beach bag, which was very useful to us). The main restaurant is large, there is a lot of food for every taste, there is a children's restaurant nearby. In general, everything in the hotel is for children, I liked the kids' club very much, my daughter of 10 years ran away there in the morning and returned to the room only for the night: a variety of games, ps, evening programs, aquagrimm, they took away 15 diplomas, 3 T-shirts and 2 backpacks (gifts for contests))). Throughout the day, you can have a snack on site, pastry shop, coffee, pizza, hamburgers, pasta, ice cream, almost no one went to the restaurant for lunch. Special thanks for the evening shows: Todes, Vandeland, Moscow Children's Circus, Pirate shows were great.
Cocktails were more liked in the lobby bar, especially Bodrum and bas boycott. As well as any alcohol, including imported, there are many bars on the territory of the hotel. I liked the work of quest relation, they helped me buy medicine, find missing things, a lot of Russian-speaking staff, and tourists are mostly Russian. I recommend 100%, if you are not confused by the large number of children, you will definitely like it.

The only big and fat disadvantage of this hotel is the food. Yes, there is a lot of food, at every turn.. you won't stay hungry, but all the food is tasteless! Absolutely tasteless! Even pancakes and fritters are just a tasteless mess. Grilled fish and meat are all dry. The pastry chef in this hotel is the only chef who knows how to do his job, I've tried the cakes a couple of times - unusual, delicious. There is no desire to return to this hotel. You need to be careful, the cream is definitely needed at this time! I also liked the children's part, the swing, the trampoline, the play area, there is a lot of entertainment for children, and there are babysitters. Children's animation also works. The evening program, there is something new every day, acrobatics, dancers, shows, the most fascinating is the motorcycle show! It's worth taking the kids to the amusement park for the whole day. The price is about 3 thousand. Up to 4 years old for free. Carousels are very cool for both adults and children. If you want to go to the pharmacy, it's better to take a taxi, it's not very close on foot, you can also order delivery if you take a lot. Night program, live music, disco, bars are open. We had a rest from 05/26/24 to 06.06.24. I really liked the hotel itself! Everything is on the level - food, service, drinks, cleanliness, different shows every day and everything is interesting! We were with 2 children. The territory is very well maintained, flowers, trees, paths. There is a trail for running (as in the forest). We will definitely come back!
I want to write separately about the house where jet skis are rented, etc. On the shore. Does NOT belong to the hotel!!! I left my glasses (expensive) for storage, the man took them. But when I came back for them, they made fools of themselves that they didn't remember anything. It's a shame...on the last day of rest, the mood was so spoiled. The restaurant is delicious and varied, I would like to diversify the children's menu for dinner a little. There are porridges for children for breakfast. Lots of fruits. Strawberries and watermelons made me happy in early May. A very cool yoga coach, classes every day at 9-00, I recommend it! A large children's village, very exciting, there are trainings and football games. The large and beautiful grounds are in order, the staff is friendly. We liked everything! The only thing is that the houses have small rooms for 4 people, a very small TV and a non-working remote control.

The kitchen will go, for a 3-year-old child they always found something to eat, but not the radisson collection, of course, you will not see a red fish.
