I would like to express my gratitude to the manicure master Karina for the excellent quality of her work. Beautiful nail architecture, perfect shape! Nails look natural! I'm absolutely thrilled! In general, the Paradise salon was pleased with the pleasant atmosphere, comfortable little things (there is a stand for personal items next to the chair), an extensive list of drinks offered (from tea to mulled wine), friendly staff! Girls, keep it up!!! Master Karina is just a top!!!

They refused to sign up for a gift certificate that is valid until November 30th. And I wrote on November 28th. The procedure for cutting the tips costs 15 rubles and takes little time. A certificate for 20 rubles.
The situation is 50-50, I'm also wrong that I wrote so late. But considering the cost of the procedure, its simplicity and the difference in cost in favor of the salon, I believe that the salon should have met the client halfway and either found time before November 30, or counted the certificate in the nearest free time for them, since I was ready to come at any time convenient for the salon.
The result is a refusal and an offer of 20% discount on the first procedure.
Judge for yourself who is right and who is to blame. But for me it's 1 star.
