We haven't been to Pavlodar for a long time.
But last year we visited, so to speak, a small homeland.
A lot has changed. The names of streets and districts have changed, residents and the mentality of northern Kazakhstan have changed.
The embankment of the city on the banks of the Irtysh River has changed and become prettier.
