They wrote in the messenger. We received a half-reply at 22:15, please wait. At 23.07, we managed to talk with the operator, who informed us that she had just taken over and could not offer us the arrival of a doctor at home at 21.00. She also couldn't tell about the additional waiting time. She just said that we have two options: to wait in silence or to refuse the application. As a result, they refused at 00.20, as they found a doctor who was guaranteed to arrive within an hour and it cost much less. They take orders without being able to fulfill them. The company lacks responsibility, punctuality and respect for its patients. For me, this company is blacklisted FOREVER.

The center itself is not bad, but I do not recommend the psychotherapist Krivitskaya, who is not interested in helping the patient as a psychotherapist does nothing at all. There is zero customer orientation, but in fact, she receives a salary from the clients' money. 60 rubles for half an hour of consultation to write out a prescription for antidepressants (ineffective as a result) and not get any psychological help is unreasonably expensive. After such specialists, I do not want to turn to psychologists and others at all. There was an excellent psychotherapist O. S. Sachek, but unfortunately she quit.

In general, when we said no, he replied "Free."I was shocked.I went with the hope that they would help us, but it turned out not to be so.I will never ask for help again. Learn to listen to customers, and not immediately push them for injections.I do not advise it, I do not speak for all doctors..but there is no trust anymore.

At the same time, in the morning we had an ambulance call, the nurse immediately put on a drip, the hospital took blood for a biochemical analysis without any problems, and in general, this was the first time I heard about bad veins. As a result, the patient said that it was not a doctor, and got out of bed. This doctor demanded to pay him half of the amount, 184 rubles, which was done by me, I was given a receipt. I will demand a refund for the unfulfilled service.
