Disgusting barbershop!!! I don't recommend contacting her.
On Friday, 06/02/2023, I went in to cut the tips. The receptionist said that there was no opportunity on this day and offered to make an appointment for tomorrow (Saturday) at 18-15. I agreed. The next day, the administrator called me again, apologized and said that my entry was incorrect due to the fact that the hairdresser only works until 18-00 and again offered to change the entry for tomorrow (Sunday 06/04/2023) to 16-00. Okay, I agreed. The next day I came 10 minutes before the appointed time, there was one master in the barbershop, and he was busy. There is zero attention to me, the granny cuts her hair, talks as if there is no record for him. Okay, I started waiting, I think another 10 minutes before the appointed time. As a result, I waited 20 minutes, the master did not get free, I got angry and went to get a haircut at another hairdresser!!! But I was slightly shocked by the attitude towards customers! How can you take another person for a haircut if you know that you will soon have a person coming by appointment and you will not be free by the appointed time?
I regard this as a lack of respect for customers and do not advise anyone to contact this barbershop!

Today I visited the hairdresser, I was very pleased with everything. The staff is friendly and very attentive to visitors. Master Ekaterina, a very nice girl, fulfilled all my wishes flawlessly.
