I was at this barbershop the other day, they cut my hair normally for this level of institution, but the price is too high. 18 rubles for a man's haircut , despite the fact that the master did not use a shaver , did not do styling, and did not wash his hair - it's expensive. In Minsk, they also cut my hair for 10 rubles. Or you can add 7 rubles. and get a haircut in a decent barbershop for 25.
