In general, there is a place for walking. But calling it a park is like calling a driveway an autobahn: technically possible, but emotionally strained.
What's wrong?
The pond is probably in the concept of "wild minimalism". There was no departure, no hint that he was even aware that he was in the park.
The trees have been planted, but they will grow to the state of a "shady alley" for another 20 years.
The toilet is alone, proud and... closed. Apparently, this is an art object on the theme "hope dies last."
Lighting – the lanterns are either not lit, or they do it intermittently, creating the atmosphere of a "horror movie" on playgrounds.
Swings and rings used to work, but now it's more like a museum of exhibits.
Playgrounds – the equipment is partially broken, partially sad and waiting for repair.
Conclusion:
It was a good idea, but it seems to have been abandoned in the middle. It turned out not to be a park, but a sketch of a park – there are paths, there are trees, but the soul has gone on vacation.
Recommendation: come if you like walking through an unfinished future. Or if you have your own flashlight.

Thank you for beautifying the park: paved paths, put benches, even with a canopy, there is a playground and a sports court with horizontal bars and a fenced area for playing football, etc. However, there are no trees at all in the "park" - and, unfortunately, they have not been planted over the past 20 years... There are, of course, several seedlings along the paths (thanks to the grateful people that they were planted at the time) and vines around the pond, but this does not create the atmosphere of the park at all... If you do not find fault with the disadvantages, it is quite a good place to relax with your family and pets. It would be great if they also put up rides - the place would become even more popular

The park is being transformed every year! Advantages: parking, kiosks, mini-cafes, attractions, sports towns, a football field, a swing, a pond, a fountain, a rental point, a skate park will soon open and stationary toilets will start working. Cons: small garbage cans, garbage is scattered throughout the park, there is no control over the entrance to the still undiscovered skate park, teenagers swear, left to themselves, which can lead to injury!

There is a place to walk, relax, sit and eat. Wings and pancakes are cooked deliciously in the tent. There are drinks, sweets, and ice cream for children. But the burgers in the trailer were not very good. Of the three of us, no one liked the taste or the price. The pancakes were normal, but they were packed in a paper envelope. It's inconvenient.

Great place! The park is being improved better and better every year) luminous swings, benches with photographs of the city and sports grounds are an excellent solution. I wanted to see the Castle playground in a style that supports the rest of the park, with more tactile materials and pleasant colors, but the children really like it anyway. Let's also not forget about places and care for our younger brothers). We will wait for further improvement of the park to finally get rid of wastelands and strong winds. I can already see how this place will turn green, bloom and attract interesting art objects!

Adequate residents of the city of Vitebsk were very surprised when the wasteland (partially landscaped in places) was suddenly named a park. There are no trees there! There are old trees growing here and there that were there at the end of the last century. There are twigs sticking out, spectacularly planted by representatives of government agencies as part of clean-up days, but it is impossible to call these branches trees. A large number of thuja seedlings planted close to each other raises questions, because over time these plants will take a long time and will not be able to decorate the territory. But there could be enough of them for the entire perimeter of this territory and along all the paths...
The paths are laid carelessly, in places there are holes and deep pits, which are filled with water and mud in the off-season.
There are no gazebos where you can spend time with company.
The food court area is a pitiful sight, next to it is a worn-out clay track, along which the owners of the kiosks deliver food. Their cars are constantly parked here.
Benches are installed only around the pond and in the playground area. You won't be able to drop off anywhere else in this territory.
There are no toilets. Those that are physically there are always closed.
There is not a single attraction. There is no music. In winter, there is no ice rink, and there is no sale of traditional winter food (tea, pancakes, pies, etc.).
It is a pity that in a large city of regional significance this unkempt territory is called a park.
I would like to note that there is one positive change there: an artificial reservoir has been put in order, in which cars have been washed for many years, and where drunk citizens have periodically drowned. The shore was reinforced and laid with a stone, weeping willows were planted around the perimeter.

cool, super park, personally I'm there every day, it's beautiful, cool atmosphere. you will not stay hungry there, there is where to eat and where to buy a drink. there is a floating fountain in the center of the pond, in the evenings it glows with different colors. there are many benches, though they are all occupied. there is a football and basketball court, a large children's slide, slides for the disabled, a suspended luminous swing!!!!
I strongly advise everyone to go and take a walk in this wonderful park at least once in their lives.

The idea is interesting, but the execution is off.
There are too many people willing, and too little space to accommodate everyone.
Football and basketball fields:
1) the rings on the court are arranged so that those who play football crash into a pole.

3) since this is a free site, it is quite problematic to play there.
Since the morning, there are children that are on vacation and they don't want to let anyone else in. Against this background, conflicts arise.

Infrastructure is developing: last year a large playground was built, this year an inflatable trampoline and five food stalls appeared. Catamarans and bicycles can be rented.
