Probably the best office building in the city. Nothing to complain about.

It's hard for me to say if there are better business centers in Almaty, but this one is decent enough.
Good location. On the upper floors, if you are lucky, you will have a great view of the mountains. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor. Friendly and courteous staff at the entrance (both security and reception). 4 elevators seems to be enough, but sometimes you have to wait a minute or two. Colleagues sometimes complain about problems with the ventilation system: it's hot, then it's cold, then it's hot in one place, and cold in another ... also, there are only 1 male and one female toilets (a couple of cubicles each) in common use with other companies on the floor, which probably also reduces the level of business centers according to European standards.
In general, if you want, you can find disadvantages, as, in principle, everywhere.

It is very beautiful both outside and inside. The offices are spacious, everything is very tastefully done inside. You feel like you're entering a respectable place. Good managers, convenient check-in. There is a good parking lot for scooters, which is already a plus for me. The restrooms are crystal clear. Everything is fine, clean, modern inside the office building, but if you look from the street, the building literally hangs over Kunaev Avenue, a very gloomy view that spoils a wonderful historical place for Almaty. It does not "fit" at all with the architecture of the quarter where the unique Arasan stands, the Otrar hotel, St. Sophia Cathedral, all buildings are unique, not tall, but they all fit into the architectural solutions of the city of the last century. And this height could be built on Al-Farabi, in a circle of other skyscrapers. But there's nothing to be done, time will judge whether we needed it or not!

Honestly, if there were children's centers in it, it would be super...but the rent in such places is exorbitant, is it really impossible to force such places to be set at a 50% discount for children's studios or for classes in additional Kazakh or English, for this some percentage of taxes is less and prices are controlled under such conditions, these are our children, our country and again terrible
