We have signed an agreement with Parquet Star LLC in the amount of more than 10 thousand white rubles. We made a one hundred percent prepayment on time. The goods were not delivered either within thirty days after prepayment according to the contract or for another three weeks from above (at the same time, we periodically called the seller and were told that everything was in order and delivery would be).
After three weeks of delay, the seller said that if we want to get our flooring, we have to pay another three thousand on top. Unfortunately, we had to make conditions for it, since the law does not particularly protect the consumer in this case.
It turns out that this seller used prepayment funds for more than a month and also robbed us of three thousand.
I do not recommend contacting Parquet Star LLC to anyone!
