If I could, I would put 0.The worst carrier I've ever traveled with.Buses break down after a flight (maybe I'm not so lucky), there's a separate conversation about the service.There is a good crew, and there are individual elements (it's good that they are sent together) as they say, gold sticks to gold, If someone reads the reviews, then my advice to you:do not contact this carrier.Buses (outdated junk) for which they spare money (service, repair).

I ordered it from atlas. The flight is at 16:00 from Gomel to Warsaw. The bus was half an hour late. Upon boarding, the driver was told to take your seats in a free manner. Near Mozyr, we are suddenly transferred to another bus, in which we are offered to take seats again in a free manner. After passing Luninets and boarding additional passengers, they poke us in the face with the prescribed boarding places on the sheet and transfer us.
It's the first time I've come across this. I'm taking the ticket. Free landing, approx. Why do I have to transfer from a bus to another bus? Why is it not marked that there will be a transplant? Why are tickets sold without booking seats, if in fact there is a reservation? Why aren't the toilets working? Why is the sanitary stop not according to the plan every one and a half to two hours, but on demand? A huge disadvantage to the service. I'm disappointed.

I was returning from Warsaw on April 26 on your bus... (I would have known - I chose another option!)
Drivers are not friendly from the word "generally". Neither hello, nor goodbye. They didn't introduce themselves, they answered all the questions - "we don't know, it's not our question"... at the border they just closed the whole bus with passengers and went to duty free themselves!!! when asked where you stay in Gomel, they reluctantly said that I could stay on the sunny side (as if I had asked them about $ 1,000) ...
a passenger was taken on the bus who had a purchased TV and it cost over 1,000 euros ... therefore, the WHOLE bus after passing the border waited for more than an hour until a single passenger he will arrange all the documents ... (in my opinion, there are shop tours for such purchases).
I don't want to offend your company, but the level and quality NEED to be improved... there is something to work on.

We used the services of this carrier in June 2023 on the Gomel-Warsaw route.
Extremely negative impressions!
The bus itself is with a non-working air conditioner, no windows and no air conditioning/ventilation!
The toilet on the bus also didn't work that way, because the stench was from this toilet all over the bus!
The heat, the driver's only window, which he opened only for himself!
Although all the passengers asked to open wide!
Boorish attitude of drivers, smoking in the cabin! Together! They pretended not to hear all the passengers' complaints about smoking!
In general, I encountered this for the first time and sooo I do not recommend using the services of this office! Look for others! And read the reviews!

A disgusting carrier and an equally disgusting service! The bus is very bad, the seats are broken, it is useless to choose online seats, because they sell several tickets for 1 seat, the drivers say that this does not concern them and refuse to solve the issue! If you buy tickets online, be sure to keep the receipt, because the driver demands money and says there is no payment!
The air conditioner is turned on for a couple of minutes and then, if you walk and ask for it, the driver enters the bus with a cigarette!
