I would like to note the politeness and friendliness of the staff, the order was ready quite quickly.
The pasta cooked here, in my subjective opinion, is decent. Italian-style tableware, ordinary cutlery. When ready, the dish looked nice and appetizing.
I am grateful to the institution for a wonderful dinner and the opportunity to immerse myself in the world of Italian cuisine.

In principle, everything is fine. We ordered pasta with chicken curry, everything is fine, the food is warm, everything is delicious, delicious coffee is made (not just Nescafe dissolved in boiling water, as in some establishments). As for the dishes, I don't understand what people want to see, but in general everything is fine:whole dishes, normal modern cutlery. The staff is friendly.

The service is disgusting! There are no questions about food, it is always delicious, but to the workers.. My order was given to another person and instead of quickly solving the problem, the cashier and the kitchen worker began to argue which of them was to blame for this situation. No one apologized and the order was given only when I said that I demand a refund. Someone already teach these girls good service!

Honestly, it was better before. We bought four pastes in the first we found hair and in the second and third we approached the staff and received an answer: the hair was not in the paste but on a plate, there is nothing we can do to help. After the appetite deteriorated, then I noticed that the plate was dirty, I will attach a photo of the plate. If you approach the staff , you will receive the same answer that there is nothing we can do to help . Two of our plates were not finished

they cook delicious, but there are a couple of disadvantages:
• we took a locator (which beeps when the order is ready), said the wait is ~ 25 minutes, we set a timer on the phone (to arrive on time) and decided to take a walk around the shopping center. exactly 25 minutes later we returned to the cafe, and there they said that they had been waiting for us for a long time and were looking for us, the food had already been sent away, while the locator did not beep. I had to eat lukewarm food.
• once they took the pasta to take away and had to pay 1 BYN (Belarusian ruble) extra for the package, which is ~ 28 RUB (Russian rubles). even in establishments of a lower level somewhere on the outskirts of Moscow, you do not need to pay extra or pay a purely symbolic 5-10 RUB.
these shortcomings disappointed me very much (

I understand why the establishment has such a low rating - the staff is boorish, as if they are doing you a favor by communicating with you. The pasta is undercooked, they piled everything into a plate to pile it up. There is no appetite at all to eat this piggy. Nevertheless, any pitch can be pulled at least by the service, but here is a complete fatality.

The hodgepodge is just chowder , there are no olives , lemon , meat either . I took the Asia style pasta , the pasta is more or less in quality , I didn 't see any meat either , the Chili sauce is the cheapest from the store and none , the dish is just spicy and tastes iron because of the ketchup. Bavarian potatoes are pretty passable, but sausages are just like plastic ( without taste) . A set of potatoes from the chef, well, the only thing that is worthy and that is probably due to the fact that it is unnecessary to bake potatoes and lay out a lot of skills. Wine is just some kind of inky idiot who was able to drink feeling like a bruise. The beer is diluted. Bottom line: if you want to test your digestive tract for durability, then you are welcome.

By mistake, we ran into this "institution" for the second time. For the first time we ate at the food court of the Gallery shopping center- the pasta was overcooked for 5 minutes, the bolognese was poured with ketchup, and the lasagna was stupidly sheets smeared with smelly minced meat and ketchup. No bechamel sauce, no parmesan.
The second time they flew into the Sandbox, and the same picture: overcooked pasta, "empty" carbonara - stuck pasta and 2 pieces of bacon, ketchup in pasta with chicken, from which heartburn immediately began.
Thesis: they save on ingredients and do not know the basic principles of cooking pasta.

It seems like a portion of 350g, but does not saturate from the word at all. Such a simple dish that is almost impossible to spoil, but they could. Forks are like in the dining room. Meal. We ordered pasta. They were charmed. The pasta is not cooked, stuck together and is completely far from real noodles.The sauce is regular ketchup, and a delicate tomato dressing was expected. The filling of the dish is terrible, consider only pasta. Cheesecake was meant to be homemade in advance, but it was said that it would be made from cream cheese, but…We got the usual casserole with jam 😒
The mood is ruined.

Pasta bar, aka potato.. I've never written bad reviews. I would like to express my "great gratitude" for the masterfully spoiled mood and twisted nerves. The employee clearly does not listen to the client, motivating "you did not say that", with not the most "pleasant" expression. The container, by the way, was not closed at all in the package. It doesn't taste like anything. It was served in a BROKEN plate. Solyanka - chowder with bacon and some sausage. Tea is more like jelly. The first and last time. There was a book of complaints.

07/24/2020 after shopping, I went with a friend to the food court in the Gallery. At 21:20 we were already queuing at the Pasta Bar. The service was very slow and I was able to make my order - pasta with shrimp and a chocolate cocktail - only at 21:26. Immediately after me, a friend ordered pasta and a banana cocktail. At about 21:40 (it took about 15 minutes, as expected), she was given the order, which surprised me, because I ordered earlier. After waiting 3 minutes, I went to ask what was wrong with my order, to which the cashier replied: "The pasta is still cooking." At 21:55, when the guard began to escort people out of the terrace, and the food court was slowly closing, I came up again with the same question, to which the answer was given: "The pasta will be ready in 3 minutes, but you can drink your cocktail." After paying attention to the color of the cocktail, and then tasting it, I realized that it was a banana cocktail, not a chocolate one, as I ordered. "Girl, I ordered a chocolate cocktail, and this is a banana one." Having received absolutely no apologies (as well as no words in principle), she went to make a chocolate cocktail, and even with the look as if it was her job to confuse the positions in the order, and I came here with a claim. Although looking at the fact that all the staff were already out of shape, they clearly had no time for me. 23:05, the lights on the food court were turned off, and the cook, who at first saw me at the counter, hurriedly retreated to the kitchen, began to call Masha, the cashier, from there. Masha was counting the cash register and ignored all 4 appeals from the kitchen to her address. As a result, the cook came out herself, and after whispering, they, again, without any apologies, gave me 12 rubles from the cash register with the words: "Girl, take the money, the pasta will be ready in 15 minutes." After those 15 minutes, the time would be 23:20. "Will it be ready in 15 minutes and I won't get it?" "Mmm, no." The question is, who is she preparing for in this case? Why did those who made their order later than me have dinner before closing time, and I didn't even get my dish? And, of course, the most important question is: how can you cook a dish on a food court for an hour? After ordering at 21:26, I was finally told that the pasta would be ready at 23:20.
Previously, this place was with excellent service, when the point was still on the corner. Now it's an incredible bottom. This is how to do business, having many competitors in the same area... Maybe one day I'll try to order something again, solely because the place used to be my favorite on this food court. But not for the next six months.
I do not recommend it.
