Perfect!
The owners of the hotel are fantastic people. I have already stayed here several times and always come as a family. the place is amazing - quiet, beautiful, cozy, the view is fascinating. delicious breakfasts, very good sleep here and the soul is resting.
there is parking, laundry service, iron, microwave. very tasty coffee for breakfast!

A cozy private hotel. Everything is cozy, clean, and the food is delicious. The owners, like mom and dad, take care of the guests as for their children. Responsive to any requests. The staff is polite and professional. The hotel has about 9 comfortable rooms. The rooms have air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, TV, Internet, dishes. The bed linen was changed three times in 10 days. Cleaning. We asked the hotel administration to pick up a tour of Armenia and we were given this option. The tour was wonderful. I recommend it for recreation.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2024. The hotel is not in the center, but it gives an advantage if you are by car, there is a parking place. Parking is bad in the center of Yerevan. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a hairdryer, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo and shower gel. There is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room. Beautiful view from the rooms overlooking the mountains! The staff is attentive and friendly. Everyone speaks Russian well. Breakfasts are included in the room bill, delicious, homemade. There are no shops very close by, but supermarkets are a 10-minute walk away. There is a courtyard with a garden. In our room on the second floor, in addition to 2 large beds, there was also a sofa. We recommend this hotel for travelers!

I liked the hotel: friendly staff, service at a good level. We were passing through Yerevan, we only spent the night in the hotel, but this time was enough to get decent service. The hotel is located in a quiet location, from the balcony of our room Ararat was visible. The breakfasts are very tasty, special thanks. Nice, clean, friendly, without fuss - what else do travelers need? I recommend a decent place to rest.

The hotel is a good one, the staff speaks Armenian, Russian and English. The rooms are always clean, the bathroom has everything you need. There is also a refrigerator and an internet-connected TV in the room. Breakfast is always served with enough food. By the way, the hostess of the hotel cooks herself. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, there are many large and small shops and cafes on the next street, as well as buses and trolleybuses. The city center is 15-20 minutes away. By Moscow standards, it's like it's around the corner. Gogol Street itself is very quiet - almost pedestrian and there are only residential buildings on it, mainly the private sector. I recommend Patriot orel to everyone,

I got a gorgeous room for two in the courtyard. Panoramic windows. All the amenities. There is everything you need. There is a small fridge and a kettle in the room. Three chairs, a table, a bedside table, a wardrobe. Very kind host. Polite staff. Modest, hearty, delicious homemade breakfasts.

I really liked the hotel! Surprisingly, you do not leave the feeling that you have come to visit good acquaintances or friends! A very warm welcome, careful and caring attitude of the hosts to their guests, which makes your stay at the hotel infinitely pleasant! Thanks to them for a really homely atmosphere! Very cozy rooms, good furniture, sanitary ware, thoughtful rustic interiors. Perhaps the location of the hotel is not very suitable for someone, but everything was fine with us, and staying at this hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. On our next visit to Yerevan, we will definitely consider this hotel first! A small but homely hotel. Arrived earlier than the specified time. After completing the paperwork and paying for the stay (they accept the MIR card), I was offered breakfast! I was very surprised, as breakfast was not paid on the day of arrival. The breakfast was sumptuous! They fried fried eggs, delicious and fresh pastries, yoghurts, porridge, cheeses, sausages, vegetables and watermelon especially for me. What a watermelon it was! Pure sugar!!!!! I was checked in earlier than the check-in time. The room was clean, secluded, the air conditioning was working, the view from the window was on the garden. I really liked it! My flight was overnight. So I went straight to bed. There was complete silence, although there was a restaurant at the hotel nearby.
The owners of the hotel are very hospitable! They greet and accompany guests like family, without exaggeration!!!!

I liked this private hotel.
Friendly hosts, pleasant atmosphere.
Good breakfasts, of course, are not a 4* hotel buffet, but do not stay hungry
There are also vegetables and cuts of cheese and sausage, pancakes, sausages, buckwheat, vegetable salad.

A very pleasant place and kind, helpful staff.
We rested here for 5 days, liked everything except the location (it is far from the center, you need to take a taxi, or go down the cascade, as an evening walk is not bad, but it's hard to climb back up)
But on the other hand, for such money, you will not be able to find anything decent in the center, it will be at least twice as expensive
Due to the fact that you often have to take a taxi, the total cost increases slightly (150 rubles there, 150 back)
Breakfast is certainly not like in Turkey, but I liked it, I attach a photo
After that, we moved to another hotel in the center, but it would be better to stay in this one, for such a price you can hardly find something better

Delicious breakfasts, very clean rooms, friendly staff. The only thing that is far from the center, but Yandex taxi helps out. We were satisfied with the rest and this is definitely the merit of the hotel!

The hotel is very quiet, clean and cozy. Breakfast is included, the choice is small, but nevertheless varied, there are cereals, porridges, eggs, sandwiches, and vegetables. The rooms are large, clean, there is a refrigerator and a TV with Russian channels, there is Internet.
There are three towels per person, which is very nice. The toilet has a heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
Important: there is no elevator.
Wonderful hosts! They are very friendly and hospitable. When we had to leave before breakfast for an excursion, they put sandwiches with us and wanted to pour more tea, it's a pity we didn't have time.
If desired, you can take an individual tour, we learned about this option only upon check-in, when the plan was already scheduled.
The hotel is located on a very "homely" street, at first it may seem that you are somewhere in the countryside or in the country, but do not be afraid, but it is very quiet here. You can walk to Victory Park and the cascade, the road will take about 20 minutes. We traveled by taxi, it is inexpensive here.
With all this, the price of the room is extremely pleasant. In general, it is worth staying there.

I liked everything! The linen is clean white, clean hygienic (I am allergic to dusty carpet usually), the towels are clean and pleasant, everything you need is there: shampoo, gel, brushes, slippers, kettle, refrigerator. View of Ararat from the balcony! Breakfast is for every taste, the hostess tries to cook herself. Friendly and serious owners, the repair is done conscientiously, the furniture is of high quality. I advise you without a doubt. We lived on the third floor.

Only bad memories remain of this hotel, the location is not convenient, the management is rude and does not respect their visitors , after breakfast they insist on cleaning up after themselves, like you ate, clean up after yourself. All they do is as a favor, supposedly they have such a cool hotel that we have to ask them to stay.
There was an incident, the owners of the hotel gathered their friends on the 1st floor where we had breakfast, drank alcohol from one o'clock in the morning until morning, talked loudly and did not let the guests sleep. So that you know the hotel is 2 storeys high as a private house and you can hear everything there. I woke up at night and made a remark to them, in response they said they didn't like it. Pack up and leave. Maybe after this review they will make a lesson for themselves that they should not treat guests like that, which I doubt, because I have never met more brazen people.

Good evening ! In the summer of 2019 , we were lucky enough to visit the Patriot Hotel. We came to the tennis tournament from Vladikavkaz . The rooms are bright , cozy , and clean. The breakfasts are simply amazing , every morning you want to have a meal like this . The hostess of the hotel has golden hands . I would like to write some lines about the owners - a wonderful family , very hospitable . We have been to many cities and hotels , but there was no such reception anywhere . And now , a year later , falling asleep , we remember these kind people with a smile . Thank you very much, we will try to come to you more than once, as soon as the borders open!
P.S. We promised to write a review a year ago, but we never got around to it!

In October 2019, my sister and I were in Yerevan and stayed at the Patriott Hotel. The hotel building is new, very well designed, the rooms are clean, cozy, bright. The owners, parents and two sons, wonderful people, friendly, polite. If you are lucky enough to visit Yerevan again, we will stay at the same hotel. Absolutely!
