I took a salmon sandwich and mushroom soup for breakfast today. The sandwich was wonderful, but the soup is just empty goo without anything. There was one sprig of some kind of roslin and that was it... Just an empty soup. I didn't understand what I gave 14 rubles for.

A beautiful and cozy place. The staff is trained and some of them know a foreign language. The products in the evening were not super phenomenal, although everything is relatively tasty. Thank you for such an institution.

I went to the checkout to make an order and eat on the spot - they said that if I was there, then I had to be at a table and wait for service. 6 waiters, 0 occupied tables - did not come within 10 minutes. I still ordered at the checkout.

They're frozen. We went to get warm. Two glasses of mulled wine brought me to my senses. The child was offered pencils and coloring books for hot chocolate. They came out happy.

Waiting for coffee is about 40 minutes, food is about 50. The sandwich has no taste, the service is low. The taste of the coffee and the second course were at the same level, from which I can conclude that it is necessary to work out the issue of service and carefully select new dishes before entering into the main menu.

Unreal cuisine - serving dishes and taste 5 out of 5! But the waiters suck! Well, it's not serious for such a place! They dressed beautifully, but they don't make you move! You can't wait! The menu is elementary for 10 minutes, then you wait for another 10 minutes to accept the order, and if you ask for the menu again, it's a whole story! In short, the place is great, but the management scored a bolt, hence the lame discipline!

we came with a friend for the first time, we did not know how and where to sit - the girl behind the window helped and invited the waiter. They sat us down, gave us a menu and offered us a selection of drinks at once. before leaving, the waitress helped with the selection of desserts and packed everything with herself, I didn't have to stand in line!
they are friendly and polite, even apologizing once again for all sorts of little things.

You can't order pastries from the menu, you need to walk to the counter (at the back of the hall), remember the name of what you want, and then, sitting at a table, call it to the waiter. It was an enchanting experience to visit this institution. The waiters could not take the order for a long time. They all crowded into the kitchen and solved their problems. The visitors all noticed that they were being ignored. One waitress came out and said that someone had quit and there were failures. I don't know, but five waitresses were in the kitchen. Maybe the service will be better next time.

The most delicious croissants in the city, I recommend trying them here, because here they are literally cooked in front of you. We were there twice:
The first time we had breakfast and the millet porridge was served not cooked, hard, stuck to the teeth, the cook explained that it should be so. No problem - you can understand.
The second time they came in the evening, an hour before closing, sat down at the table and all the waiters defiantly went to another room. We sat for eight minutes, no one came up, the whole hall was empty except for one table!
In the second hall, they said they only give out food for takeaway. The service sucks completely!
