It's very tasty here. The service on any day except Sunday is excellent. It's not fast, but everything is within the norm.
But on Sunday, for the third time already, I notice that a terrible shift is working. People change, but the problem remains. Wait 40 minutes for a pot of black tea. A cup to go with it - another 20. The order will be confused. The coffee will be brought cold. You can wait forever for a waiter on the terrace. Getting a receipt is a whole problem.
But that's only on Sunday. On other days and evenings, everything is fine.
I repeat, it is very tasty, and for this you have to "forgive" shoey Sundays. But, of course, I would like the managers to figure out the problem.

A nice atmospheric place in the very center of Minsk. The menu has everything to have a delicious breakfast on a January morning. For dessert, nice croissants and good coffee. The assortment, to my taste, is quite sufficient for the thematic profile of a French-style bakery. The aesthetic presentation complements the pleasant atmosphere, which is maintained by friendly staff. A very attentive waiter girl worked with us, whom I want to thank for her good mood and attentiveness.

There was no dessert menu, they told me to go inside to choose. We ordered lemonade and tart with strawberries, the tart was carried for 20 minutes, provided that it was already ready and the number of occupied tables was 5. Other people who came after us had already ordered, ate and left, and we were still waiting for this tart to be brought to us. The dirty dishes were taken away after 15 minutes, after our request, and that was not completely finished, apparently they thought that we would eat ice. No one approached us, the waiter was caught again, they asked for the bill, which was not brought to us. As a result, they went to pay inside themselves, although they did not want to pay with such service. Apparently they sat down at an ignored table. The food and drinks were delicious. Please draw the attention of the administrators to the staff.

Unfortunately, I have to note that the cafe is no longer the same. I went to dinner first, ordered pasta with shrimp (the spaghetti is overcooked, a couple of small shrimp and a lot of cream sauce) was not tasty. I ordered a scramble for breakfast, a scramble was brought and avocado pieces were mixed inside (it would be better to cut it separately and decorate the dish) and three pieces of dried baguette, the dish was dry, Or add butter to the baguette or vegetables to the scramble. Next, the croissant with chocolate turned out to be yesterday's and dry. There are no questions about coffee. Unfortunately, I don't want to visit the institution anymore.

We were in the institution twice by a company of 6 people. The second time is October 19, 2023. I didn't like it, but the administrator Yana was able to correct the impression, so I put 5 and recommend it.
1. Long serving of desserts
We ordered second courses and desserts. Desserts for some guests, the second — for others. The company's internal rules assume that desserts are served last, so the five of us had to wait for the second one to be prepared and served to one of our company. They asked to serve desserts faster twice, it didn't help, desserts from the finished showcase were brought 30 minutes later. It would be faster and easier to take them yourself than to wait for the waiter and explain what we want.
Drinks were served first. That is, it was not possible to drink hot tea with desserts, because the tea was no longer hot.
2. Lack of support in the team
We were served by a young man named Artem, who worked for the second day. It was clear that he was not experienced and was very worried. There are zero complaints against him, since at the same time he tried and clearly followed the instructions, which are probably more important than the wishes of the guests.
The problem of the institution is the lack of team spirit. It was as if Artyom was thrown to us to be torn to pieces and when his behavior showed with the naked eye that the guy was not coping — none of the team came to the rescue. Our angry, bored looks were ignored by everyone. Administrator Yana continued to communicate in a friendly manner, either with another visitor, or with a former or current employee, although she had the opportunity to "pick us up" and help.
3. An open kitchen where you can cook and communicate by phone
In 30 minutes of waiting for desserts, I managed to get acquainted with everything. And with the excellent branding of the company, and with cool branded plates, teapots with a logo. And with a toilet. And with the kitchen, where the cook pressed the phone with his shoulder to his ear and continued to cook. Attached photo. In my opinion, this is not hygienic and not professional, at worst you can use headphones.
4. They know how to work with feedback
When I got tired of waiting for desserts, I went to complain to the administrator. In my opinion, Yana lacks the skills of active listening and empathy, and yet she did a great job and listened without interrupting. It seemed like she could ask me what I wanted. I didn't need a discount, but it was important that the guys worked out my feedback and fed me as soon as possible. It didn't happen. But they added a discount of about 20% to the receipt and treated them to branded desserts, which were packed in beautiful packaging and bags and given with them.
5. Desserts are ordinary
I can't assess the quality of the kitchen. Desserts are ordinary, without a wow effect. A wonderful atmosphere inside, the entourage of a French cafe and reasonable prices.
In general, I enjoyed the visit and I will be happy to visit the institution on my next visit to Minsk.

The service is fast, but you need to order at the checkout yourself and go aside so that other people can order while your order is being collected (and they will assemble it quickly, usually several people are working on this). The staff is very polite. The cafe is very clean and tidy, the interior is such that you can take a lot of good photos (the light falls just fine).

However, there are low tables in the second hall, we couldn't fit there with our knees. Neither my wife nor I have ever tasted a more delicious Caesar! Cakes and pastries are also good. We took different ones, and what I liked: with their sweetness, there is no feeling of cloying. Tea is packaged, but as I understand it, it is of its own production and very good (we took herbal tea). The order was delivered quickly, despite the workload. The sweet-toothed children were satisfied. It is very conveniently located, right behind the Palace of the Republic. There is a parking lot not far away. Now this place is included in our list of must-see places.

It was a cake made of meringue, which has nothing to do with the airy Pavlova. I want to come back again and again. I couldn't try the main menu, so I can't say anything. But baking is really something. And, as it seemed to me, the prices are quite reasonable. I hope that one day there will be an institution in Moscow with such divine pastries and with such affordable prices. It seems that there is a similar institution with a similar name in Moscow, but I think the assortment and taste are not the same at all. Not to mention the price.
