We rented an apartment in Gomel on Lenin Ave. 49. We liked it, clean, freshly renovated and good appliances, convenient location, everything we needed was found) a chic sofa in the living room!!! A big plus for summer is air conditioning! The check-in went as agreed, everything is OK! Near the central market)

Great place! I would have stayed alive, but I have to move on!! clean,cozy, in a new area,there is a place to park the car,there is an excellent Green supermarket nearby, 2-3km to the national park by car, there is Parking for cars. I really liked it in Gomel!!

We were very satisfied. The apartment is in a new area, clean, spacious. Everything is prepared for a comfortable stay. There is a great supermarket nearby, public transport stops. It is literally a 10-minute drive to the city center. The receptionist, Irina, was very friendly. She told me everything, gave recommendations where to go and what to see. Thank you very much for our good rest.

I want to express my deep gratitude to your agency! Relatives from St. Petersburg came and were very satisfied! There is something to compare it with, before these people came two months ago and rented elsewhere, the apartment was dirty and there were no elementary mugs and a hair dryer, they bought rags themselves and washed the floors, they got wet, which we usually take off for 4-5 days. And then everything happened! And it was very clean! A lovely manager girl drove up, how convenient for us and very polite! Next time it's definitely just for you! Thanks! Good luck in your business!

The receptionist is polite and caring.Cozy clean apartment in a new building.The apartment has everything you need, even more.I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of clean drinking water. Two small balconies, access to one from the spacious kitchen, to the second from the bedroom.The air conditioners in the apartment are a plus, one is located in the kitchen, the second in the living room.A small price for rent.

The apartment is disgusting, completely destroyed, there is dust all around, I washed everything myself. We filmed with my man from December 25 to January 1, 2023. The contract was never provided to us. The sofa has peeled off and all these pieces of eco-leather stick to the skin and clothes, etc. The iron even burned a new dress for me, which I was going to wear for the new year. They don't have any pastel linen, I brought my own, they don't have hangers, they bought it too. But this is not the worst thing, the administrator, who showed up today half an hour earlier than the agreed time, literally kicked us out of there, was rude and at the same time accused us of breaking the handle at one of the doors. This handle was initially broken, it did not allow you to pack your things properly and check the lockers. I don't understand at all how you can rent an apartment in such a state and at the same time accuse clients of what they didn't do and extort money by blackmailing that the man won't fly to Canada if we don't pay. I don't recommend it, it's just disgusting.

A good place, there is a place to park the car, near a grocery store, and a shopping center. Near the center. Of the minuses: the sofa is crumbling, the extractor hood in the kitchen does not work.

I was extremely dissatisfied. The receptionist was in a hurry when checking in. You see, she has other settlements. The application stated that there were two of us, but there was no second set of underwear. The photo shows the conditions in which the person slept. In short, I do not recommend the network of these devices.
