As for the bowling action, when ordering the menu, we discussed it with the administrator and she said that they would give us a certificate on the day of the banquet, but we did not receive it. The next morning, when my husband went to pick me up, they said "What should I have picked up yesterday!". The birthday is ruined. We will never return with the banquet again, if only we come with a child to play, because there are no such volumes in the labyrinth city anymore. There were 6 times, because of the children's slides, and all the time the same boorish attitude, but yesterday 30/03/2022 they surpassed themselves. When ordering tea, dessert and pancakes, after 40 minutes, tea without anything was brought first, after another 15 minutes dessert with ice cream, and then after 20 minutes pancakes. After we asked why in this order, they rudely replied that the kitchen gives out that way, did not apologize and continued to be rude. After they asked for a complaint book and made an entry, we were accused of not paying for the order, although it was paid in cash in advance, except for an additional order for 10 rubles, of course they did not give us a check. Upon request to check the cameras, they continued to brawl and did not recognize that the order was paid. Then we went to watch the cameras for 40 minutes. As a result, instead of a rest, there was a scandal for 2 hours, in which the waitresses and the administrator never apologized, accused of underpayment, were rude and spoiled the mood, even a child of 8 years old, said that he would not go there anymore.
