The bus station has been renovated for quite a long time. Stylish and modern design, the taste of the designer is good. All the signs, on the information board, at the ticket offices, everything is decorated in a normal font, everything is readable well. There is a small disadvantage - the lack of work of the cash register or cash desks after 19:00. If you happen to arrive later, you will not be able to purchase tickets. There is also no working reference point after 19. Another disadvantage is that there are no ATMs and terminals, not a single bank, or I did not find them in prominent places in the common room. But, on the information message on the glass of one of the ticket offices, I found the address of the website, on which, by the way, I very effectively and quickly issued / bought an online ticket. However, I had to ask my family to transfer it to Caspi in order to make an online payment, but there simply were no funds on Caspi, so if there was a Caspi terminal, there was cash, I would have thrown it right away. But, these are small things, everything is generally positive, the logistics of the premises, the boarding platforms for buses, everything is done at a height!!!

I arrived at 20:30 to meet the bus from Russia, at that time only the main entrance was open, the lights were already turned off almost everywhere, I went to the waiting room where the buses are waiting to arrive. A guard, a toilet worker and another lady almost attacked me, shouting that the vocals were closed and where I was going. I replied that I needed to meet the bus, and I needed to get off at the landing site, they replied go through the main entrance. She barely persuaded me to let me out here so as not to walk around the building in the rain. I asked about the arrival of the bus I needed, no one knows anything and the information desk does not work. There is no timetable for the arrival of buses.

It's a pity that the roof is leaking. The floor is tiled and very slippery, at least in winter they lay a path, otherwise the elderly are afraid to walk. The toilets are comfortable, but expensive. The shops are convenient, you can buy everything except furniture and building materials. The cashiers are polite, I liked the service and the hall is large.

1) it's cold inside the station in winter, hot in summer (one word from the air conditioners)
2) there is one word from the guard, none at all, and then some person walks around in a yellow vest does not look like it is a guard
3) the street waiting room is dirty, the benches are spat on, trampled, the walls are covered in snot, it's disgusting to even look at it
4) beggars, gypsies, homeless people, drunks are around the clock, they always come up and ask, they have already taken root there
5) Stray dogs and cats, please give them to an animal shelter
6) buses since the days when mammoths still walked, buses always break down along the route Pavlodar-Michurino-Gospoemstantsia-Chernoyarka, frost, blizzard, snowstorm, something always breaks, and you don't give whether you can refund the money for the ticket or not, update the bus fleet already, and then for 15 years the same buses

I bought a long-distance ticket (Pavlodar-Omsk)on the bus station's website a couple of years ago. I printed out the ticket on the day of departure. I waited for my minibus for an hour and a half. The driver arrived, showed him the ticket, said that the ticket was not needed, looked at the list of passenger numbers, said you were not there and left. Of course I was shocked. I started calling the dispatcher, explained the situation, and barely solved this mess. As a result, I took a taxi with my purchased ticket. If you are planning a trip, it is better to buy offline.

Separately, I would like to ask the controller responsible for boarding and checking tickets to CHECK not only passengers, but also CARRIERS. Especially the Barnaul ATP, because drivers have made a habit of clogging the second trunk with parcels and not opening it for passengers' belongings. This issue is especially acute in the summer.

No amenities, everything is old, the smell is unpleasant everywhere, there are no air conditioners, old benches, rude staff at the door, at the checkout, no approach, nothing has been done to tourists at all, nowhere is it indicated where it is, there is no information not in English, not in Kazakh!
