The cargo was accepted on 11.10.25 and was supposed to arrive on 29.10.25. Today on 06.11.25) the cargo is still not even on the way. Technical support after repeated calls, they replied that the cargo would not be sent because there were no documents. Question: then how did you accept the shipment without documents and invoice the recipient? The bill was paid immediately! I ask the management to check this branch. I do not recommend this terminal.
