We were at a corporate party in this institution. We were sitting, as I understand it, in a new tent.The kitchen is nice, cozy, the presenter is excellent. The music is live - the singing is just great. But, there are also disadvantages.. There were a lot of people, condensation was accumulating on the walls and ceiling, and somewhere in the middle of the evening it all started dripping - it was not very pleasant. The breaks between bringing new dishes were very long at the beginning, and at the end the rest of the food was brought together. And another very big disadvantage is the toilet on the street. I had to get dressed every time I went there.

We visited the Penalty Bar on the weekend. The service is at the highest level, the waiters and chefs know their business. Special thanks to the waiter Dmitry for the fast and high-quality service! We had a rest on New Year's Eve in a new tent. To say that you had a good rest is to say nothing. It was the KITCHEN that overshadowed the whole mood!!! Hot dishes are just a mess. Steaks...it's all lard, the dishes are confused, they don't bring what you order, the chicken is dry. Salads are more or less normal. According to the waiter, there is a full landing and the kitchen is not coping. And separate...this is, of course, dripping condensation from the ceiling! It's not pleasant to be indoors when water is dripping from the ceiling onto your head and clothes.

The landing was supposed to be under a tent, but for reasons not really known to me, our company was seated in the main hall. When we arrived at our time, for some reason our table was almost empty, there was not even bread. Only half an hour later, at my personal request, the rest of the menu was delivered to us. The most terrible thing is that we saw a cockroach running. One of the waiters caught him with a napkin. After that, we didn't hear any apologies. It was a nightmare!!! It was very cold in the hall because the waiters were setting the tables in the tent. The doors leading to the street were constantly open. Of course, a huge disadvantage is the toilet on the street! It feels like they are not really interested in the quality of service, the main thing is to earn money! By giving one star to the host, only he could dilute the atmosphere!!!

She is rude to the guests and does not want to solve the problems caused by her fault, only "shuts the mouth of dissatisfied visitors to the establishment, saying, do not spoil people's holiday,". The order was placed for 11 people, the appliances were placed for 11 people, but for some reason there were 10 salads, and another one was delivered only half an hour after our comment. The same goes for the hot one, 10 were taken out, although the order was made for 11 people. For a very long time they brought hot food to our table, they were fed with promises of "another 10 minutes...", then they admitted that the kitchen could not cope with such a volume of work. Why take so many orders if you can't handle it? We waited for more than an hour for the 11th heat, and we started cooking it only after a few initial remarks. And the bill has already been brought out for 11 dishes, although we will see only 10 on the table. They gave me 1 tulip as an apology and brought me a plate of sweets. After writing a negative review, the sweets were taken away. The kitchen has 10 points, everything is very tasty. The host is 10 out of 10, a very fun program, attention is paid to all the guests. But the service is at 0, the administrator is not coping with his duties. Apparently, the purpose of this establishment is to cram in as many people as possible, but not to provide proper service.

It turned out to be the joint of Elena's administrator. Instead of resolving this issue, administrator Elena was rude to us. The hot stuff was finished and brought to us after another 1 hour and 20 minutes. As a "type" of apology, they brought us a plate of sweets, which was simply taken away after a while. During the evening, the receptionist, Elena, then walked around and smiled at us maliciously. Neither I nor my friends will go to this institution anymore.Although the kitchen is good, but the Administrator Elena discouraged any desire.

We had a rest on 01/25/2025 at the Penalty Shootout bar. The party was ruined for all the visitors. The room accommodates approximately 60 people, they pushed 120 people into the hall, that is, they could not even sit down at the table, for this they had to lift the people who were sitting at the next table. About to dance, there was only one table, and everyone else was sitting. Representatives of the management were afraid to enter the hall and assess the situation.
There was no light in the toilet for about three hours.
I really wanted to call the Ministry of Emergency Situations for violating safety regulations.

If you are in Brest, it is better to book a house here, because it is cheaper than renting an apartment. Yes, and you will remain under a good impression.

The hot dish was brought only 2 hours after the salads.
Alcohol was served for a very long time.
The presenter also started work only 2 hours later.
If you cannot provide high-quality service to such a large number of people, then you do not need to take so many events for one evening.
We wanted to have a good evening, but as a result, we ran after the waiters all evening and asked them to bring certain products and alcohol.

From the very beginning there was confusion, someone else's alcohol was brought to our tables, then the dishes were mixed up, everyone had steaks of different sizes, someone had a healthy piece, someone had a chop, portion salads were served at different times, some of the guests were already finishing, others were just brought, to which they said that the kitchen He cooks not only for us, so the return is not simultaneous. We celebrated my husband 's anniversary . I was shocked at how much there is no organization in the bar. From the very beginning, as I came to my holiday. Everything that we agreed on the menu two days before the holiday was not taken into account, the hot was served only after 1 hour and 30 minutes, although it was agreed that 20-30 minutes after the guests landed. That's all right, it didn't go anywhere else, but then what happened to the music, of course, it was shocking. When we ordered a cafe, we were told that there would be live music and a presenter that there would be a program in the cafe. As a result, there was no presenter or music in the bar . The waiter said that the program starts at 19.30, but not at 20.00, not at 20.30, the music was not turned on and no one sang to us. We were told that the musicians were late, then they said they would be there soon , and then they said that the musicians would not come at all. And as a result, we were just sitting there , and only at 21.30 the waiters turned on the music via YouTube , and the waiter turned on any music all evening . The mood was ruined and the nerves were made, just phew! There is no organization and complete deception. If you don't want to spoil your holiday, then don't come here naked. An ordinary eatery , as it turned out !!!!!!

A copy of the order was not given initially (there is nothing to compare prices with), during the final calculation (probably not everyone checks at the end of the banquet) dishes are added, and for a specific amount! They charge an additional fee for slicing (with a deposit, they keep silent about this)! Keep the drinks at your place, otherwise you will not have enough (100% sure that there would be enough drinks for our number of people, they were taken with a specific stock).
