I do not recommend this carrier from the word at all!
Scheduled trip on 02/25/2024 at 19-55 (AK number 8040-3). The driver refused the trip on his own initiative, explaining the refusal by the presence of a residual effect. At the same time, no document regulating this rule was provided. Just a phrase: "You're not eating." no explanations, the need to be at work in the morning, and so on were successful. Since when has an ordinary driver become the arbiter of fate? An employee of the bus station also could not "get through" to the gopher, who imagined himself to be a big boss. Most of all, in this situation, it is disgusting that the most ordinary contractor creates a negative attitude towards the carrier.
Without any problems, I was able to leave by the next bus in 30 minutes (another carrier).
Do not plan trips with a flight!!!

I'll say this, now it's better to pay a little extra and go by another bus or even by plane.
The buses have worn out over the years, but no one cares, they go on and on. The cabin is dirty, smells bad, the air conditioner works a little (open the hatch). The audience doesn't care about you, they turn on a Russian TV series that screams at the whole bus right up to the night and they themselves scream no quieter. It is difficult to sleep on night trips for the above reason. The air conditioner does not work, the hatch closes and you sleep in stuffiness and the smell of socks, cutlets and other food.

Bus driving is professional, neat and fast. Yes, the bus is not new, but the driver turned on the air conditioner and it was comfortable.
But the trip from Gomel to St. Petersburg by bus AA7333-3 on 08/21/12 was not so comfortable. When I asked to turn on the air conditioner on the bus, the driver said that the passengers were cold. There was nothing to breathe on the bus, and when leaving Gomel, there was a smell of burning pads on the bus. The chairs did not recline. We slept for 3 hours all night. So how lucky! A lot more depends on the drivers

I went to Moscow on May 7, for the whole trip there were 2 stops. Coffee tea is not offered. The second driver sleeps at night sleeping on the "gallery".. And if the one who is driving falls asleep, where is the safety? When asked to stop, he responds according to the regulations, he may not stop until 4 o'clock.. Before, of course, they drove faster (I'm only OVER 100-120) now, because of the large number of WHINERS and those who are afraid to drive more than 50 km per hour, it turns out to be a little slower. Do not use this carrier ever. I was driving from Gomel on 9.01.2022 at 19.55. They transport hard workers from Belarus without reason, they land people near the border, pick them up and take them in a roundabout way. We waited at the border for 2 hours until they were brought back. It was very stuffy on the bus. The armrests didn't work. The carrier is a boor in one word.

Specifically, the situation with the New Year's Eve flight from St. Petersburg enraged me. In a few weeks, a ticket was purchased (for this it was necessary to catch the driver in the city, which is a completely different story), a place in the bus cabin was determined. A few days before the trip, I received a telephone notification from the Flight about changing seats on the bus (Why the hell was I going somewhere for a specific ticket if the seats change at the request of the left heel?). Okay, they ate that too. On the day of departure, it turned out that 3 buses were served, and my place is interesting in all three! With a fight, in the pouring rain, we managed to land at least somewhere. And at the same time, I purchased a ticket with an indication of the seat in the cabin! The departure was delayed for half an hour. Why the Flight company cannot sell 1 ticket for 1 seat is not clear to me.
Not so long ago, or rather this summer, there was an even more unpleasant situation with this carrier. I couldn't get on the bus from Moscow because my booked ticket was sold. I understand the logic of what happened, nevertheless, the blame for this (and I was not the only one on the flight) lies entirely with the company's operators. When confirming the reservation by phone, they indicate that it is necessary to arrive at the bus station 30 minutes before boarding, without commenting on this in any way. It turns out that the reservation for the ticket is withdrawn 30 minutes before the start of boarding and anyone can buy your ticket. Why can't you say that? Your reservation will be cancelled in 30 minutes, arrive an hour in advance and queue at the checkout. Riddle. After discussing this issue, the operators promised to inform more accurately about the reservation, but nothing has changed - the comment on the turnout time is unchanged, there is no clarity. I am sure that on popular days, far from one person remains at the Novoyasenevskaya bus station with their suitcases and a complete misunderstanding of what is happening.
The Pereletnaya company is a disgusting example of Belarusian business with all its worst features: complete distrust of its customers, the pursuit of profit, which turns into an undisguised farce, and absolute indifference to its reputation: hard workers will go, and the dog is with you. If you are reading this review, take a look at the Minsk office of Eurotrans and learn how to run a business. So far, you are good at selling tickets. Everything else is missed, unfortunately.

02.01.2020, Gomel - Moscow, 19:55 - bus AM 0966-3 (LLC Letyaga) is a complete squalor. It's cramped, the TV is broken, the armrest is not fixed, the chair is not adjustable... Scammers, and where is your comfort?! It's not a bus, it's a torture chamber. how do you release it on a faulty flight?! if the windshield heating doesn't work, then why should passengers strip down to their underpants because of the heat in the cabin?! The drivers are angry, and it's for our money.

I do not advise anyone to travel with this company. Flight 12/21/2018. Not only was the flight from 19.55 postponed to 20.30, but they also served a very small, unsafe, inconvenient bus. A little more than a minibus. We left late. We arrived in Moscow almost two hours late. People were collected from two flights. The places are all messed up. Screams, scandals, exhausted nerves and all thanks to the flight. Never use a flight deck, as it turned out, they have such a mess all the time.
