The pastries are delicious, I won't say that they 'rolled down' much after opening. Some of the products are baked on site. I come in periodically in the morning and the puffs are still warm and melt in my mouth. If you take tea / coffee, then the cup is paper and there is no protection for hands from hot, you have to twist out with napkins so that your hands do not burn. There are no queues - two people always serve quickly.
