To my great regret, the clinic has absolutely no communication between patients and managers.
The situation is as follows: On May 9, a strange situation occurred at an appointment with a doctor specializing in dental canals (he did not introduce himself to me). The canal was problematic initially, with a purulent flux. But I was not prescribed an antibiotic. By Monday, pus began to come out of the gum... a severe headache began. Tatiana, the clinic's Russian-speaking manager, ignored my messages and calls, and I also received no phone help at the reception. Because of this egregious situation, I urgently had to go to another clinic, as my temperature began to rise.
When I came to Perla, only Dr. Diana helped me translate my claim. The essence of it is that I demand a refund for an UNTREATED channel. Why did they charge me right away? No one could tell me that.
Your manager Tatiana behaved extremely unprofessionally, and I insist that sanctions be applied to her. It was precisely because of her inattention and unwillingness to establish communication that a situation unacceptable for a serious clinic occurred. I hope her mistake didn't cost me a tooth.
I have no complaints about my attending physician, Diana, but it is a pity that professional doctors like Diana and Ildar remain in the shadow of such unprofessional staff who do not correspond to the image of the clinic.
I would appreciate it if the Director of customer service would contact me. I would like to note that I have been a patient of your clinic since 2023.

My parents applied to this clinic for the first time in 2019.
On the day of the visit, a full examination was conducted by Dr. Onur, jaw scans were performed, a treatment plan was developed and proposed (removal of necessary teeth, treatment and implant installation plan), the full cost of services was agreed.
As a result, 13 implants and 28 zirconium crowns were installed for my mother. During the treatment (six months - 2-3 visits), there were no problems. The staff is very sensitive and professional, and at the slightest discomfort they did additional anesthesia. The installation of crowns took place in several stages (casts, fittings, adjustments) - within 10 days. Almost 2 years later, the upper gum sagged slightly, the clinic was promptly contacted and a visit date was set to eliminate this defect. The work was carried out FREE OF CHARGE, although all dentists always warn about the possibility of this defect, regardless of the specialist who performed the work. Since this is a feature of the body, everything is individual!
My father had 17 implants and 28 zirconium crowns. Also, he has no complaints about the work of doctors and the rest of the medical staff. All the necessary work was done for him during three visits, although the man is not an ardent fan of dentists. To date, the condition of the teeth is as if they were installed only yesterday.
The announced price for the installation of implants and crowns in this clinic turned out to be 2-2.5 times lower than that set by Russian specialists.
I myself also visited this dentistry for the purpose of removing the wire installed by a Russian dentist after removing braces. Despite the fact that a huge layer of glue was applied there, the Onur doctor removed the structure without any problems and conducted an examination, reporting a small caries. Almost immediately, I was sent to another office, where another specialist carried out the necessary work within an hour to clean the damaged area and install the seal. Almost 3 years have passed since that moment, the seal holds very tightly and does not stand out in color at all against the background of natural enamel.
We visit this clinic annually for ongoing examinations. Many thanks to the staff of the Perla clinic!

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I have to do it because I think my case deserves it. I applied to the Perla clinic in October 2022. I had to do many different things: remove the 8th, grind off the tooth and put a crown, put one seal, restore and grow the front tooth, replace 2 temporary crowns with implants with permanent crowns. Now six months have passed since the work and I can conclude that absolutely all the work was performed by the clinic poorly because. I will describe in detail:
1. The removal of the 8th went well, but a piece of gum hung over the tooth, after removal they did not sew up the hole but left it to grow as it is. As a result, this overhanging piece of gum turned into a large lump, which now constantly irritates and reminds of removal.
2. Seal on the lower 5th: the seal was not placed tightly to the 6th. As a result, a gap of 1 mm was formed and now food is constantly clogged in that place and the gums bleed. In addition, the seal on the side was poorly sanded and the tongue constantly feels rough.
3. Crown on the other lower 5th: at first everything was OK, but after 3 months the crown began to undermine the neighboring tooth and a gap also formed between them and food also accumulates there, which leads to bleeding gums and constant discomfort.
4. Retsauration of the anterior tooth. The tooth was enlarged to a larger size than its anatomical shape, which led to constant biting of the lip + the tooth was poorly polished from the back - I constantly feel roughness with my tongue. Over time, the joint boundary began to be felt on the front side of the tooth at the junction.
5. Crowns for implants - firstly, suitable crowns could not be made the first time and I had to come twice. Secondly, instead of two separate crowns, one large one was made according to the "bridge" type. They installed it poorly and in a hurry (since I had to leave and did everything a few hours before my departure). we couldn't do everything in advance the first time). As a result, after 3 months of operation, the gum began to sink at the junction, food fell under the crown of the herd. The inflammation began. As I found out upon my return to Russia, when these crowns were removed for me, it turned out that they were placed on abutments from my own temporary crowns, and not on new abutments (as it should happen according to technology). As a result, the crowns stood crookedly and the gums began to inflame and fester at the joints. This is insane unprofessionalism and sabotage!!!
In general, everything, absolutely all the work that was done to me at the Perla clinic turned out to be of poor quality and now I have a long and expensive fix for everything that they did to me.
I am very sorry that at the moment when they were doing all the work for me, and I went to their clinic 4 times, I could not understand that something was wrong. After finishing the work, I left Turkey and of course now there is no one to complain to. But I want to warn everyone before going to them. They have a very nice service and everyone is very friendly, and there are a lot of cool reviews about the clinic on the Internet and I also thought I had found a cool clinic when I contacted them and they did everything for me very quickly and very cheaply. But as it turned out, the quality of all the work that they did to me is very low!
Avoid this place! It is better to pay more in Russia and get high-quality treatment than these would-be doctors will do everything to you and you will have to re-treat everything!
