Prices are on par with Moscow, cleanliness, attention of waiters, among other establishments it is relatively normal, cooking and serving does not take much time.

The restaurant of my childhood:my parents worked there and met! The restaurant is good, but its production volumes are no longer the same as they were in the period from 1977 (the year of foundation) to 1991. The level (category) of this institution can be judged by the status of its then customers (they are also guests of the Lugansk hotel): G. Grechko, A. Leonov, G. Beregovoy, V. Leontiev.

The food does not match the menu, the staff is rude, there is no atmosphere and comfort in the establishment at all, I would not advise anyone to relax here.
