Первый раз полетели в 2018 году в тай. В целом все устроило. Но менеджеры как то не особо интересовались нашей судьбой. Не спросили как долетели, как отдохнули. Обратной связи, короче, мы не получили. В 2019 планировали от них же брать путёвку в Индию Гоа. Оставила заявку, ждала звонка от менеджера, но он не позвонил ни через день, ни через 2))) повторно звонила сама, то менеджера не было на месте, то он занят) мы вам деньги хотели принести, алло. Причём мы самые неискушенные туристы. Отдали доки, заплатили бабки и улетели спокойно. Без всяких вопросов. Короче, так себе отношение. Ушли в Пегас. Остались довольны
