The food was amazing,I ordered some pasta and lemonade which was also great,the service was good,the bathrooms were clean,the only notice is that some of the workers had long and damaged nails,which was unhygienic and unpleasant

After moving to Armenia, this cafe was one of our favorites. Breakfasts, pizzas, business coffee. At least once a week. Over the years, the quality of food and service has gradually declined. They reconciled. Well, the shift is different, well, new waiters were hired, well, the food suppliers failed. In general, it's OK, the place is convenient. Anyway, the patience broke yesterday. We won't come to eat any more, their maximum is coffee, until they mess up with it. So, breakfast. Scrambled eggs with tomatoes are frankly raw protein snot. Shame. Their delicious cheesecakes in the past have turned into a canteen gum that smells sharply of low-quality vegetable oil. Well, the apotheosis is porridge with fruit. They carried it for 1 hour, 15 minutes, and tracked it specifically by phone calls. They brought a paste on water without sugar and salt. In my early childhood, my grandmother used to glue wallpaper on this. Why two stars instead of one? For fond memories of the wonderful pesto cafe's past.

The three of us came to the restaurant. When they came in, they asked for a table for three, then they waited for the receptionist to talk and laugh with her colleagues (at that time they were standing in the door in jackets and looked at her uncomprehendingly). Next, we ordered several dishes: caesar salad with chicken (no taste, the three of us tried it), pasta bolognese (the pasta itself tasteless, as if very very cheap, burger for 4, and pizza Margarita. We didn't eat the pizza, we don't have enough tomatoes, and we only taste cheese. They asked for a pizza, put it in a branded box and a branded package, only the pizza fits sideways in the package. Therefore, everyone understands that we brought the leaked mess home. Therefore, I can only rate the cuisine and service on a very low score. The atmosphere is pleasant in the cafe, the dishes are huge, that is, if you just want to throw in something and satisfy your hunger, then it's fine.

But the service… A very long time! very. I waited 35 minutes for the dish, considering that the restaurant was half empty. I waited another 10 minutes for the waiter to come to take the order.
This is the first time I have seen such a low service speed in Yerevan.
The food arrived after I had to catch the waiter and complained about the long serving.
I go to cafes and restaurants in this city a lot and there is something to compare it with. Unfortunately, this place is not exactly in the top of the service.

A pleasant place, delicious food (Caesar salad and Carbonara pasta were fine, Pesto pizza was good). There is a steam spray system outside from the heat, it helps a lot.
The only disadvantage is that the waiters do not fit themselves and it is very difficult to catch them.
UPD. after the second hike, I would like to correct the review. Yes, the food is still delicious, but the service is very poor. The waiters are slow, do not fit themselves, try to avoid looking at them and generally ignore them as much as possible. When ordering, one of the dishes was completely forgotten. In the process, they tried to bring the wrong dish a couple of times and had to remind us of our order.

An unpleasant situation has occurred. There was a piece of plastic in the pizza. He was discovered when his wife had already bitten off and chewed. The size is not small, 1.5 by 1.5 cm somewhere. Sharp edges, transparent, looks like glass, strong. It's a pity I didn't take a picture.
The waiter called the manager. They apologized. As a result, they made a new pizza And brought half a liter of sea buckthorn drink with ice as a compliment.
To be honest, I found myself in this situation for the first time. It's good that my wife didn't get hurt and didn't swallow this plastic.
The compliment from the restaurant did not remove the sediment that arose from this situation. Although it would be necessary to think about it, probably, especially since the restaurant has enough bad reviews.
This is the first restaurant where we decided to have a snack in Yerevan.

The names of the dishes were the same in all languages, but we were required to speak Armenian or English. Pay for Russian language courses for the waiters. Then the waiter served another one, but the first one closed the account.
