I look at the reviews, I'm not the only one who has encountered such a problem.they refused to provide services without explaining the reason, the request to give a book of complaints was also refused,as much as possible I do not recommend this place to visit and waste your nerves and strength, it is better to go to another place with a good and polite staff.

25.08. I took a photo for my son's documents. First, the staff leaves much to be desired. The second one for 12p received one photo on Viber and an email. I was shocked, no one warned me in advance that printing photos is not included for 12p. It was not indicated anywhere that the photo would be in electronic form and that an additional fee should be paid for the printout. When I asked about the printout, they replied to pay another 6p. It's disgusting if they had warned me right away, I definitely would not have given such money for the electronic appearance of one photo! It turns out she gave money.

I was told to expect, we have a difficult order and we need to wait 5 minutes, to which I replied that I was ready and would wait. Another client came in, and I was persuaded that it was better for me to contact the Household. I said I was ready to wait. But I was still persistently offered to go there, because it's not far at all and it will be faster to do everything with them. I had to reply, "well, since you insist..." turn around and leave. The sediment from communicating with the girl remained unpleasant. Although they are very conveniently located, I did not understand the girl's behavior...
