Is the owner of this photo studio unable to establish an order of communication with clients, or maybe he is the same boor?

I go up to her and want to pay with a card, she rudely cuts me off, "I'm busy," I'm waiting, after 2 minutes I get a shout and pokes me with the cash register, "pay!". Rudeness of such an extreme level is extremely rare in Almaty. I'm asking a reasonable question, "Are you Russians? It seems that I have come to the Russian boorish hinterland. Why are you being rude? This is Kazakhstan, gentlemen, and I'm not at your place. You are the sphere of service, diplomacy and a good tone with respectful tact are your tools in your work. Have I been rude or rude to you for 10 minutes? To receive market treatment from you." In general, there are other photo studios, and this photo studio has become defiantly boorish. Avoid it.
