The horror!
-I bought a canon r6 mark ii (6100 bp). They gave it to me in a black cellophane bag, as if I bought a trinket on the market.
- I got a gift - they gave me a raincoat, a disgrace.No discounts on the trail.purchase.
Customer orientation=0.
-No card payment (I will contact the tax service)
-There are no lenses, the store is empty and much is custom-made.

-the seller is unpleasant
FOR COMPARISON, I went to another store to get objects.

I ordered it elsewhere, cheaper by 200 rubles, with an adequate attitude to the client.

When I returned to the store, and honestly waiting in line, the seller said "wait" and began to discuss the people who had been standing in the store before, yes, the first ones came, they looked at the windows. The fact that I had to leave before to withdraw money did not bother the seller.

I suppose that if I had come 10 minutes earlier, the situation would have been similar. Well, 1000 rubles of revenue goes to the competitor, not to them. Note to the owner.

I bought a camera, and after a while I discovered 2 defects. On the website and on the warranty card, the address of the service center was indicated, where it was necessary to take the camera of my model. After I arrived at the place, after spending an hour on it, it turned out that this service center had long ceased to exist, despite the fact that this information was still relevant on the site. After that, the store employees offered me to bring the camera to the store itself. Having done so, I waited for further information about the camera for 2 weeks, as agreed. No one contacted me, and for two days, after making about 30 calls, I tried to call myself, but only for the 31st time someone deigned to answer. To my request to notify me about the condition of my camera, I received the answer "I should have called at lunchtime, the working day is coming to an end." This is the first time I have encountered such indifference and disrespect for a client.
